Don't you????I wouldn't buy this if I were you!Even if the mold isn't obvious on the surface and growing rapidly, who knows what other contaminates there are!Someone should be going to jail for things like this.....

This was full of sugar, no rhubarb taste whatsoever, agree with other people saying "where is the Rhubarb flavor"??? In stead of throwing it away I finished it, didn't like it at all.......repeat didn't like it. It was expensive to begin with, and I would spend money if it tasted like rhubarb, but it tasted like Sugar, and the first ingredient was can you guess.......SUGAR, next ingredient RHUBARB......., it should have been reversed......😵😩😵😵😵😵

I was excited to try this marmalade. Reviews certainly indicated it would be of great quality and very flavorful. The price was a pain point but worth it if it proved to be as good as it sounded. The package arrived in about the amount of time expected in the pandemic. The product was well packed and not damaged in transit. The packaging of the product itself is attractive. Imagine my surprise when I actually tasted it. It's not unpleasant in any way, but is almost devoid of citrus tang and has virtually no peel-more like a clear, very mildly flavored pink grapefruit jelly. TOTAL disappointment-especially at it's high price point. I almost feel like the people who wrote the reviews somehow tried a different product! Would not recommend and would not try any other of Green Jay's marmalades. I would have been better off sticking with mass market British products.

Update: Customer Service was responsive and contacted me to ensure I was satisfied and made a few flavor suggestions. I'm purchasing a few more different jams to see which I might like best.This applies only to the Rhubarb jam, which I'd originally given only three stars:I was disappointed in the lack of tartness because I like that about rhubarb, and this was just a little too sweet for me. But others in my household like it fine - it does taste okay, seems healthy and well prepared, and it's not overpriced like so many of the specialty jams - I will continue to eat and enjoy it. Hopefully someone that isn't as obsessed with rhubarb as much as me gets it and discovers some of the other flavors to enjoy.

If your love rhubard, and have selected stalks at your supermarket, to make rhubarb sauce like your mom made, well this can make life simple. I have tried so many different rhubarb products, but to date for me this is my number one. I will probably order more to just stock up.

The issue I posted in my original review has been resolved by the seller so I've changed my stars to reflect the fact that the jam is awesome. Full of nature flavors.

Probablty my #1 flavor preference is Strawberry-Rhubarb. I just love it. And this jam takes the prize. I buy the 3-flavor variety so all my family gets all their favorites. It is so close to home made goodness. I keep it stocked in my pantry. Not just toast and sandwiches, but ice cream. And pancakes. And waffles. And those darling little thumb print cookies. And lastly, but not leastly crescent roll-ups. Fill, roll, bake and top with a bit of icing.

BS Packaging and marketing....SUGAR...SUGAR....NO FRUIT FLAVOR Flavor was dull vague ghostly hint of fruit, I prefer the tartness of Rhubarb or Grapefruit. The Rhubarb or Grapefruit flavors got lost in too much sweetness. If you have a version that has less sugar, I will buy it, but I won't buy this one and will only recommend if for those who like sugary marmalade. I threw this away...because i cant get a refund. In closing......................................NEVER BUY or CONSUME if you like Sickly and cloying Sweet..bearing NO FRUIT FLAVOR...
