Item arrived next day and as described. You get two packs of descaling solution, enough to do descaling twice.You will need to look up how to put your machine into descaling mode as it is different for each model. It willbtake around twenty minutes to complete.Don't forget to take the machine out of descaling mode when finished.Worked really well and is reasonably priced.

Fixed my Pixie
Our old Pixie was looking like it was on its way out - coffee was lifeless and lots of it was ending up in the drip tray rather than the up. I was prepared for it to be the end of the line for our old machine but tried this descaler as a last resort. We live in a hard water town so we probably should have been doing it anyway. It worked like a charm! Morning coffee has never looked or tasted so good! Shame I'm not allowed caffeine anymore.

Easy process and you can tell the difference when you use the coffee machine after descaling as the coffee and milk flows better through the outlets.I would highly recommend the Nespresso Descaling Kit.
