This is a great product but it is thick. Doesn’t spray out of nozzle well. I thinned a small amount down in another bottle. It sprayed well but the messed up the product. Communicated with Alikay. Can place product in hand and lightly apply to curls. Good method but I do think an even spray would be better.

Honestly, I don't use this as a refresher at all. I never had success with it that way. It made my hair sticky and frizzy. Instead, I use it as a normal styling product in the shower and my results are consistently great! It's fantastic for the beach. In the summer all I need is this product and water to style my hair. It provides a light hold but it lasts. It does get humid where I live so I use oil too. I have the Dulce cream from this line but I like this product better because it's so weightless so my hair dries faster :) I use Ducle + this in the winter. Sometimes I swap dulce for the aloe berry gel in-between seasons. (2b-2c-3a mix med porosity hair, medium density) My hair is not colored, I don't use a hairdryer ever and I follow the CG method religiously. If your use heat or hair color you'll probably need to layer this with cream and/or gel for enough hydration. But I still recommend you try it in the shower, too!!

I have 2c curls. I am so over second day hair. I bought this for this reason. I received the product at the end of the day. I had a lovely mess of second day hair that was pulled and twisted into what I would like to call a haphazard updo. I released my hair from the pins and of course almost all of the curl had been destroyed. It looked fuzzy, messy, and I had oily roots. Basically, my hair looked gross. I grabbed the bottle, shook the crap out of it, and skeptically sprayed it in. Magic then occurred. I did a little scrunching and all off my curls instantly returned. They were soft, bouncy, and well defined. My hair was not sticky, greasy, nor oily. My hair did not later dry out. I went to bed and woke up with them looking very decent. They were still soft, and they did not feel like there was a lot of product in them. I had a beautiful bed head curls. Buy this stuff.

I have tried MANY curl refreshers that haven’t worked. This one works! I shake then spritz it on my second day, flattened and frizzy hair and it brings my curls back. I have 3c curls. Love this product so much! It even has natural ingredients.

Smells so good!! Hair feels soft without ever looking greasy! Highly recommend!!

I gambled and learned my hair hated this product.ME: low porosity, medium texture, mid-length curly 2C-3A hair. Climate is Colorado (rarely humid), and now that I’m older, my hair is Queen Frizzy.This stuff weighed my hair down, made it feel heavy and wet even after scrunching it with a microfiber towel. The product took forever to dry, and when it did, my hair got frizzy.If you’re dropping $15+ bucks on a refresher, it should be doing its job. Not every product is made for all hair types. The searching is worth it until you find the one. I’m 40 and never needed a curl refresher until I changed my regimen.I have been using Ouidad's refresher and it’s perfect for my hair.

WARNING - this product leaves an orangish stain on clothing/fabricI’ve been looking for a mouse/spray leave in conditioner with as little oil as possible since I can no longer get Jane Carter wrap foam. With no luck I decided to try this product. It smells INCREDIBLE, I did have to use more product than Jane Carter which is fine. Once I styled my hair and wrapped it in a silk headscarf before bed I noticed where the product dripped it left stains all over my shirt and pillow case. Lesson learned, will have to use less and let my hair dry completely.I will say my hair has felt soft but that could be attributed to the deep conditioner I used.All in all, if I indeed have to retire Jane Carter from my routine I’ll just have to adjust how I use this product; however, if I find another spray/mouse leave in that’s not loaded with oil I’ll be making a switch.

This stuff is amazing...wakes your curls up...seriously!

Me deja el pelo muy grasiento, es tipo aceite aunque en un rato ya se integra en el pelo. Ademàs es muy denso y se termina muy rápido, no me acaba de gustar
