But the question that may arise, what is the difference between a hand-rolled New York City bagel to any other bagel? First, it is the unique and identifiable size like no other -- large and quite different one bought at a grocer, and second, it is the quality and taste.The box contains a dozen of four different choices of bagels, cinnamon, sesame seed, plain, and whole wheat. Once toasted, one can savor the crunchy outside and chewy inside that is just about right. The interesting part about eating the bagel, one may choose any topping of choice from peanut butter, fruity jelly, cream cheese, or just about anything that one prefers. And for future eating, they may be stored in the freezer and when taken out, remains fresh. No doubt, the bagels are delicious.

This is the second time I've ordered these bagels, and I'm so glad I gave them another chance! The first batch took TEN days to arrive. (Probably due in large part to our struggling postal service, but regardless, they weren't exactly fresh). I do fault the seller for the fact that, rather than the advertised assortment, all the bagels were plain. But they were pretty good (and I'm still in a bagel-deprived lockdown) so I placed another order. This time, I paid $11 extra for FedEx. Some might think that's crazy, but to me it was worth it! My bagels (assorted this time) arrived less than 48 hours after I ordered them, fresh and delicious! If I could order a dozen of just the sesame seed variety, I would do that right now.
