Was happy to find this product when the hose on my mothers split when it arrived we noticed right away it is not exactly the same and had a bit of a challenge attaching it after about 10 minutes we finally got it on and locked in however the red clips that hold the top handle portion to the lower vacuum/ canister area are MUCH smaller than the originals and therefore don’t hold at all! It’s constantly popping off off and the vacuum falls leaving you with nothing in hand but the hose. Ridiculous. If you want to actually vacuum you have to hold both the handle and the canister forcing you to walk the entirety of your home vacuuming hunched over plain annoying and painful because your back WILL be sore. Waste of moneyUnfortunately I guess this means we’ll be needing to purchase an entirely new vacuumSo disappointed with this purchase.

Why can’t I find quality replacement parts for my vacuum?I bought the first replacement handle for my Shark NV360 and it fit perfectly and was easy to install. After 24 hours the red handle release button came off the handle in 3 parts (red button, grey cover and a spring). I was able to put it back together to finish my task of vacuuming but I knew it was not going to stay when 4 different people in my house use our vacuum everyday. I requested a replacement thinking this must have been a fluke.The second replacement arrives quickly and is installed. 24 hours later...guess what happened? Yes, the red handle release button fell off in 3 parts. We are having to endure this headache of chasing down the 3 parts that falls off every time we use our vacuum until we can replace the entire vacuum because I can NOT find a decent replacement for the handle/hose of my Shark NV360.

The vacuum itself has been excellent and that is the only reason we bothered ordering a replacement part for it.On the original hose attachment, the hose deteriorated and finally split open (4 years of almost daily use, not bad). We use the hose attachment with the small brush for baseboard edges, window sills and our staircases, so we love that with a press of a button, it just pops off and can be used for those needs.We ordered the replacement part from Amazon of course and it was nice that you could choose the color.As you can see in the pictures, they sent us the wrong color. We figured oh well, not a big deal, we will just live with it.However, now the red button has popped off and will not reattach. I'm sure there is supposed to be some sort of spring or something that holds it in place but we have searched everywhere for whatever it is but NO LUCK! Now the part is useless.This is just a cheaply made replacement that doesn't hold up to the original quality.

I PURCHASED THE HOSE TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED HOSE FOR MY SHARK VACUUM CLEANER. i GAVE THE CORRECT INFO FROM MY VACUUM TO MAKE SURE I GOT THE RIGHT PART ,WHEN I RECEIVED THE ATTACHMENT I PLACED IT ON MY VAC. IT LOCKED INTO PLACE BUT WHEN I STARTED TO VAC. THE SPRING THAT LOCKED THE HOSE INTO PLACE POPPED OUT. i CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THE ISSUE THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEEN ME A REPLACEMENT HOSE. WHEN I RECEIVED THE SECOND HOSE IT WORKED A COUPLE TIMES AND THE SAME THING HAPPEN AGAIN. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE .AGAIN LIFT A MESSAGE THEY DID RETURN MY CALL SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND MY MONEY AND HAVE THERE Q.C DEPARTMENT INSPECT THE PART.

The replacement was so easy to install, I am just upset that I need a replacement because the hose ripped and I have not had the vaccuum that long.

Neither of the two fittings to lock it in place work. The tabs do not fully extend. The top hose connection comes lose with light use and pulls the bottom connection out. Have to duct tape it to use

This item has a red button which is used to attach and detach the upper part of the hose to the vacuum cleaner. When you put the hose on the vacuum cleaner or press the button to remove it the cover for the button flies off and the button and spring fall out. Two days after my first attempt to directly contact the manufacturer for return or repair instructions, I still haven’t heard anything back from them. I have processed a return through Amazon.

Connections do not fit properly and release button fell off on initial connection. Look elsewhere for a quality replacement.
