The product arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Unfortunately, the printer's self-analysis was faulty. The new drum the printer screen demanded was not necessary, The fault was in the toner cartridge. But, I was not displeased with the purchase if only as preventative maintenance.

When i replaced the cartridge immediately the printer read"low toner", however it printed maybe about 30 pages with horrible quality, I am in the market trying to find a better one.

This works perfectly well with my brother printer. I haven't experienced any problems. For it's price it so worth it. Fast shipping and I would buy this again from the vendor.Don't need to buy expensive OEM. Buy this instead and Save Money!!

Shipped fast. But the product doesn't seem work well. It always shows "drum is end" even after I replaced it. And the quality of printed sheet is not good too.
