Getting an exercise ball was recommended by my physical therapist for my sciatica. I began using it as my office chair, too, and I absolutely love it. I'm able to move around on it and work leg, ab, and back muscles just sitting in place. I no longer feel the need to cross and uncross my legs. It promotes better posture and I feel more balanced when I am walking now. I also use it to stretch out on my back while holding on to my desk, adjusting my back. I may try to do some Pilates with it in the near future. Highly recommend this sturdy and helpful device!

The ball came as described and included a pump and way to measure as you inflated, so that you would not over-inflate. I called when I had questions going through the inflation process and got a return call that was most helpful. The friendliness and genuine warmth of who I think was the owner really made me glad that I chose to purchase this ball over the others advertised. It was definitely the kind of customer service that I like...small town, but over the internet! The ball is working out perfectly for my physical therapy exercises. I had a wonderful experience with the customer service from this company. I didn’t inflate the ball correctly making it seem like the ball doesn’t have the correct size and I returned it. The owners messaged me and offered a replacement with live instructions and help inflating the ball correctly via phone. I was able to do so and I am very happy with the product now. I am pregnant and the ball is a great exercise tool and eases my back pain. My husband enjoys it as well. It’s a great product and a great company!

First off, I had bought the wrong size and returned it the next day. Then ordered the right size, and got it a day later. I am very happy with the product I bought, it's sturdy, fits my height, and I think you all should give it a try. I was looking at other yoga balls, and the one I wanted gave me an estimate delivery a month later. Then I saw this product, and I am very happy I bought it from them. Very pleased as I am over 6' tall and needed something that fit my height. It does expand and works great!

Got the 65cm one…Eye followed the pumping instructions which tell you to pump it up 80% the first day and finish the job the next day. Used the measuring tape on day two and at first didn’t believe it would get that big so eye plugged it and called it done. Sumn told me to check the reviews and eye saw plenty people saying trust the tape cuz it won’t burst, so eye did….and it didn’t! It’s perfect, we been using it as a general chair so far until eyem closer to labor.

I, like so many others, thought I had received a flawed ball, sized incorrectly. There was NO way the ball was going to get as big as the measuring tape indicated. I also thought the instructions were ridiculous: let sit deflated for 2 hours. Pump 80% then let it sit 24 hours. Inflate the rest of the way. However, being a rule follower, I gave it a try. After the 24 hour period I began to finish filling and was so far away from the measuring tape size. I gave up, accepting that I got a dud. The next night, on a whim, I decided to try adding more air. Within a couple of minutes, it had reached the right size! So my advice…just keep pumping! It WILL keep inflating!

The ball is smaller than ordered and the pump doesn't work well. Took me an hour to fill to 80% Get what you pay for.
