Did I say bathroom?Pay attention to where you point the spray. It is, after all, an essential oil. Keyword: Oil. Don't spray it directly on carpet, wood or walls. The contents may stain and are flammable.Tip: Stand 3 -5 feet from your HVAC intake. Make sure the fan, (just the fan, no flammable heat source), is running and then mist towards the general area of the intake. Do not spray the intake directly. Within seconds your entire home will be filled with the scent of whatever essential oil you're using. This is so much better, and more natural, than those electric plug ins!You can't go wrong with Aroma Natural products. They may not be an Amazon Choice. But they're our First Choice.

The beautiful Lavender scent helps my grandkids relax and sleep at night. During the day i always find this beautiful aroma of lavender to be both soothing and uplifting to my senses.The solution is somewhat milky looking so that I know it's actually filled with the botanicals and it's supposed to have.Just a spritz or two is all that's needed. I actually used to buy this through another company. Same brand same size but found it to be less expensive through amazon.

I love this!! I spray my bed pillows and bedding before I lay down. And I have used it in my aromatherapy diffuser. It has a wonderful smell that is not overpowering.
