Confusing picture and description. Based on the description of 1 ea (each ?) I thought I was getting two toothpastes as the picture seems to confirm. When the package was opened it was only one toothpaste. I was not happy. Reported to amazon and will see if they vitamyr will correct their Ad. I gave it three stars as I have used this product before and like it very much.
