I was very satisfied with these clamps. They have a lot of spring tension, as compared to the cheap imported clamps found in the big box stores, but not too much tension to be impossible to use.Glad to see there are still some high-quality American made products.Highly recommended.

My husband uses this when he is repairing furniture or working on items that need to be held in place.

Excellent clamp.This latest purchase I believe, gets me to 24 of the various sizes available.Please know what you are buying; the "inch" size pertains to the clamp end opening. (clamping capacity) Not the overall size.

These are impossible to open without a he-man to help you. I'm a small framed photographer who needs clamps to hold up backdrops and general usage. They need to be heavy duty which is why I bought these. However they are SO heavy duty I literally cannot even open them with one hand. I have to use two hands which means I can't hold the thing I'm trying to clamp. Unfortunately they're going back.

Best clamps out there and always reliable. You get what you pay for and these always work.

You can buy [less expensive] versions of this clamp...The plastic wears off and then the metal edges show through. Then the plastic comes off and gets lost. The springs are barely passable when new. Not the Pony.The plastic does wear off, but not until after a long time of hard use. It use them at the miter saw table all the time. Makes it easier to cope molding when it is clamped to something solid.

I already had one so I knew it would work . great brand . great quality!
