I originally bought this supplement to help with my fatigue. No huge surge of energy like I was hoping, but it’s helping me in other ways. I’m 42 and have suffered from anxiety and depression, off and on, most of my life. After taking this supplement now for 1 month, I feel less anxious, I’m sleeping better, and I no longer have panic attacks in crowded places. For the first bottle I took 4 capsules a day as directed. Two capsules after lunch everyday is working wonders for me. Just a word of CAUTION: This supplement can cause constipation....so I recommend drinking LITS of water & maybe taking a stool softener👍 Otherwise, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So im usually skeptical when i see alot of 5 stars cause I think its a fake. But boy was I wrong. Im disabled and struggled with everyday everything cause my energy was so low. My breathing waa horrible, weak and tired all the time. No sleep, crappy everyday. So when I seen this, I was skeptical but honestly desperate. Used it the first day and notice I was able to do alittle more. Took for the whole week and was doing things I usually havent been able to do. I was like nooo it cant be this, so i didnt take for a day and boy oh boy I was crappy weak, tired the whole day. Only thing is now I have to take this everyday to feel half normal and that sucks. But I do appreciate this product and planning to buy again.

I know a herbalist that sells adrenal support pills but they are 40-60$ and I wanted to try some cheaper ones to see if I would reap any benefits and I really did, I have not gotten sleepy mid day as I usually would. Not anymore! The most significant change besides having more energy, is that my blood sugar levels have normalized which is great since I’ve been dealing with Type 2 diabetes! The value of this supplement brand was fantastic, I’ve paid 4 times more for other similar products many times. I’m really looking forward to more vitality and health benefits by using these supplements for an even longer period of time!

I purchased this product and received a week ago and let me say that I started taking them immediately as recommended and I noticed a difference immediately I was skeptical at first that it was the supplement but I’m no longer skeptical!! I had been exhausted with 0 energy since the middle of March this year and for 5 months I couldn’t stay active past 2 hours and that was after a full nights rest!! I normally could be several days to a week ahead on my work and like I said for the past 5 months I could barely get through my day!! Once I began the supplements it was like a boost or a shock went through me and I could be ahead on my work I could stay awake all day and I could be more active ! I feel like me again! I did nothing different except take this supplement and I thank the creators for this product as it has brightened my life again!! I highly recommend- do take consistently for continued results :)

I have been on adrenal supplements for almost 2 years now. I always get them off Amazon, and I play around with which brand I get because sometimes prices go up or down. But this bottle has not worked. It's ineffective. I usually get different brands like Nurtracura or Healths Harmony adrenal supplements and I got this brand over a year ago, but it doesn't work for regulating my cycle....Aswaghanda is known for helping regulate hormones and I would usually get regular...Nope, I don't know whats in this bottle but it doesn't work.

This is my first time taking this kind of supplement. I have been very fatigued for around 3 years. Even the simplest chores around the house seemed very hard to get done. I have been taking these for almost a month. One in the morning and one before bed. It has been a life saver for me as it brought me back to feeling at least 50% of my old self. I sleep better and can get up and do everything around the house without any thought. I'm very great full for these!

I've been out of fence about using ashwagandha for stress relief. But let me tell you this supplement was phenomenal! It just provided a calming effect and it really helped me sleep at night.
