I'm a size UK 10 but have very small breasts. I bought a Medium and this fits perfectly on me. Even the top isn't baggy which is usually the case. Obviously if you have larger breasts it is designed to give you nice cleavage and the zip can be adjusted to fit but I would say the top is quite small so you may need to size up for the top half. Bottom half fits true to size.
