These are much better than the standard risers because you can anchor the step platform for incline work. It takes a little time to get used to how you securely lock the platform at an incline.

Perfect for converting stepper to bench for lifting
OMG, I so love using this w/my original STEP. I do CATHE.com workout videos and use the stepper as a bench for lifting weights. Using these risers has made it so much easier to convert the stepper to a bench for lifting. It feels more stable vs just putting the platform on an angle.
