ASUS ROG GI703 17" Aluminum Stand
I am using the stand to raise my 17" laptop off the surface of my desk. Each bottom skate beam measures 7/8" wide. The inside distance between both base beams is 4 7/8" wide. The outer distance is almost 6 1/2". The narrowest device which can be placed on this would be 6".Both adjustable legs allow for the raising and lowering of the height. Aluminum tabs at the tips drop into one of the 6 slots on the base beam skate. That said, the movable legs are not able to be "locked" into place. Its a simple design which lets the weight of the item keep the 2 tabs in place. They will not slip out unless the item is lifted from the stand. This stand is extremely sturdy and fully portable with no jagged edges. Its moving parts move easily for opening and positioning. Each skate beam has curved ends with a non-slip pads. The padded curve is what keeps the device from sliding off. The lowest position of the stand angles my laptop’s screen and keyboard in a more type comfortable position for use as opposed to using it on a flat surface.I have tried using the stand my fire HD tablet and iPad, however, the viewing angle was not high enough to allow for easy viewing of movies. Also, these items tend to shift on the stand since they are too light to be held in place by the non-slip rubber pads when you swipe these devices.

This is so cool
I just love this folding portable stand. I can pack it my bag and take it with me. I have some spinal issues and this helps with my typing posture. I have to raise it off the table though to get a full upright position for my back. That is not a deal breaker so I have it resting on a computer stand that I bought for my iMac. Or, I would rest it on on a couple of of text books. I then adjust the folding stand to a height that prevents involuntary slouching. It is very sturdy. I use it with a 15" MacBook Pro.

Very nicely designed.
Moves well. A little heavier than I expected, but not bad. Easy to set up. Folds up very small. Pictures are a bit misleading, and most likely photoshopped. Max width is a little narrow for a 15" laptop at only about 6.5" wide. Plenty sturdy when just sitting there, but pressing buttons on either edge feels a little less stable. But overall, it feels very well made. The design is great. A little weighty for travel, but if you need a stand like this, the extra weight will probably be worth it for the slim design and build quality.

So far so good
I received it earlier today and opened it up. I didn't see any instructions but it's fairly self-explanatory. I pulled it apart, dropped the lower support legs, chose an angle, and set my 13" MacBook Pro on it. I immediately noticed a difference. It's running cooler, I can see the screen without neck strain, and I'm having no issues using the keyboard at the incline I chose. I included a pic of the front view and the right side (you can see my mouse in the foreground) I highly recommend it. It's easily portable and comes in its own velvet bag with a pull-string.

Compact, strong, and lightweight laptop holder.
Pretty solid product. At first I was a little skeptical about it because of how small it was, but it held my 15” Lenovo pretty well. It has cushion where the laptop sits and at the edge to protect the laptop while it rests on the holder. I also like the storage pouch that comes with it. The size and carrying pouch will make it easy to put it in my laptop bag to carry on the go.

Really nice stand for laptop
I really like this stand a lot. I'm currently using it as a daily driver for standing my laptop up. I really lile how study it is and how light it is. When I bought this I didn't realize it was portable until it arrived which was really cool to me. I liked this one also becuase with my Razer blade 15 I wanted to make sure the fans would have enough airflow which this one definitely works for that. Lastly the feet on the stand keep the laptop pretty secure not moving all over the place while also not being stuck to the table.

NOT DURABLE! WON’T RE-PURCHASE .. Foldable, aluminum stand for laptop, tablet + large phones
Edited 1/6/21 Months and months ago .. screws loosed and fell out but because of the SMOOTH type, cannot be tightened or replaced. Would NOT re-purchase NOR recommendSimple, sturdy, adjustable, foldable, portable aluminum stand for laptop (corporate 13.25 x 9.25 HP Elitebook), iPad Pro 9.7 + large cellphones (Samsung Note 8). Fits each of these (separately of course) PERFECTLY. I researched many on Amazon and YouTube and settled on this one due to flexibility of the product. Can leave it on desktop or throw in a purse or laptop caseI am using in 3rd slot from top. Recommend not using tallest setting (highest angle). Might be ok as long as you're very careful not to point out anything by pressing top of laptop screen in bezel area. It will slide out of little, protruding arms. Otherwise, perfect for my needs. Rubbery inserts protect laptop from scratching.Actually purchased while awaiting personal 15” MacBook (A1990, TouchBar (currently latest model in Apr 2019).
