It’s a beautiful product. The item was delivered earlier than expected and in perfect condition. It’s cast iron so not very light but it cooks evenly. It is also easy to keep clean.

Used for in oven risotto. Worked great.

I love the rounded sides of the interior, I use mine more as a chef's pan than as a casserole pan.
