Pretty good quality. I do not test how hard it is but it is sharp. It is cheap enough if it got dull I just order another set. Important is it did the job. I use it to do isolated routing and is it excellent.

I tried these bits because they looked to be more robust than the flat ground bits. Unfortunately all of the tips were significantly off center in the batch that I received.I went back to the flat v-bits that I have had very good results using.
