Defective
Bought two of these, to install in guest bedrooms. Installation was a breeze. But after only a few days of them being in place, they fell apart.Returning these items, and getting full refund.

Where's the hardware?
I ordered two of these. The first one came today and it was missing ALL of the hardware that is pictured above except for the cord.. I will be returning this and hopefully the second one I ordered has everything I need to hang it, but I will have to order another one because I wanted two of them.
