Gorgeous color. I loved it until I lifted the lid and saw it was not enameled inside, meaning I would not be able to use it for making chilies, pasta sauces, or other acidic dishes. With a lot of seasoning those dishes CAN be cooked, but not for long amounts of time. It was listed with other total enameled ware and I assumed. However, the return of the product was easy as pie. Gave it 3 stars for it's beauty. I did not even attempt to use it.

Really good medium size (I have a variety of sizes) and works really well. You do have to be careful not to scratch it, like other brands, but just use wood or plastic utensils. And be gentle with cleaning. Don't scrub too hard, and you can use baking soda or Barkeeper's Friend on it, if you have to.

This product is amazing. Because it’s cast iron the heat conduction is evenly distributed and lowers my cook time. I love the size, it’s not too big or too small.
