Best heat shrink I have ever used.
I have used a many kinds of heat shrink tubing during my career as an electronics engineer, and as a Navy electronics tech before that, and I already had quite a bit of the stuff on hand. But I was short a few sizes, and only had a small amount of adhesive type, so went looking on Amazon. The fact that this kit was 3:1 shrink ratio and had a nice assortment of 4-inch sticks convinced me to try it. This is great stuff! It's thicker than regular old 2:1 shrink, and really seals connections. I recently used some to cover repairs on a pool pump's waterproof AC cable, and it worked great. Cable has often been soaked and/or lying in wet mud, but no problems. This is definitely going to be my go-to heat shrink.

Endless shrink tube
The small and medium tubes work well on the wires that I used them for, but I haven't found a use for the largest sizes yet. The largest size should just barely fit an 18650 battery if you wanted to connect the ends and protect the contact points with shrink wrap. Shrinks easily with a hair drier. Good price for how many are in this kit and I doubt I'll ever use all of these. I never have them when I need them and now I'll always have them. Most of the quantity is in the smaller sizes so I wouldn't worry too much about this kit being wasteful for the larger tubes that might be hard to find a use for. I haven't tried shrinking one of the larger sizes onto a small wire, but if I do, I'll update my review on how that goes. I'd add pictures, but there's not a whole lot an image can say about shrink wrap that the product images don't already say.The included case is pretty nice as well. I'm used to these cheaper products coming in the cheapest possible packaging that's not very reusable and ending up having to put the items in a zip-lock back. I don't expect a case with an item like this and that's one of the reasons I picked this product over others that are available on Amazon.Overall this is a good shrink tube kit. Unless you know you only need a certain size then I'd recommend this one so you'll have the size you need when you need it. That's just my advice anyways.

Great Shrink. Box is junk.
I bought here because it was a fair price for sealing type heat shrink and it comes in a organizer box. The shrink? It works great. The box? It is an absolute piece of junk. I received the package with most of the contents loose in the shipping box. Neither the latches or the lid do not stay intact with the bottom tray. Now, while the box is junk, the shrink is not and probably still a good deal.

Strong, tight shrink wrap tubing
PLUSES: 3:1 shrink ratio with heat-activated glue, good selection of sizesMINUSES: None significantNOTE: I use shrink wrap tubing to finish the the ends of braided cable sleeve that I use to bunch together and cover power cords, Ethernet cable, etc. The size of a typical power cord plug end or an Ethernet connector requires a 3/8" to 1/2" braided sleeve where the actual cable size might be 1/4" or less. The 3:1 shrink ratio and glue of the shrink wrap tubing assures a relatively tight and neat connection of the braided sleeve to the cable.

This is the Good Stuff
I've used a lot of heat shrink during my decades turning wrenches and this is pretty good stuff! It shrinks down well and once it's snug the adhesive flows and you can see a bit seeping out. Once you see the adhesive you can stop with the heat. This heat shrink isn't as soft as some. It seems like it would hold up to any abrasion better than most and is very uniform in the "shrink". It's snug around the wire, or cable and also closes around the connector. All around good stuff and I'll order more.

It completely seals
I love it for multi-conductor cables. After the individual wires are soldered and sealed (Always stagger the joints to keep dawn bulk and eliminate any possibility of shorts) a slightly larger sleeve is placed over the entire coupling which protects the entire cable from moisture , corrosion and abuse, The shrinkage and conformation is amazing. You would think it was all one cable if you didn't know there to look. I recommend it for use outside where it may encounter rain or flooding, or in boats for the same reason.

Great Product
I purchased this kit to help with complete rewiring of a vehicle and can tell you the product is worth every penny. I have been in the automotive industry for close to 30 years and have used several different brands and styles of heat shrink tubing over the years. This product ranks right up there in quality with some of the "brand name" manufacturers at a much more reasonable price. It shrinks easily and uniformly as well as fully sealing the connection to prevent possible corrosion down the road. I highly recommend this product.

Really interesting stuff, nice
Maybe it's just me, I just haven't seen it before, but this stuff was quite surprising to me. Maybe it would surprise other shoppers, so I'll tell you about it. 3 to 1 shrink rating is true - which is really nice when wrapping irregular shapes, because you can fit it over a larger shape and shrink down to fit the contours. I've never seen shrink tube with an adhesive lining - when you heat this up and shrink it down, it adheres like it's lined with a very thin coating of "hot glue gun" glue. This sets up hard and is not sticky when cool. If you are shrinking it way down, it gets pretty thick as well, making the final product pretty tough and rigid. I really like this stuff! I bought it to use for some custom cabling fabrication, but it's so cool it's got me thinking of what kind of unexpected uses I might find. I shrunk a tube over the handle on a small adjustable wrench and created a nice insulated handle. You could use this to join small pipes or tubing... handle material for utility knives... I'm looking for excuses to use it. Very cool.
