This product does not play Audible files despite making this claim in the description
Spent a very frustrating hour on chat with Audible to learn that this product, despite listing audible as a format that is supported, doesn't. You can transfer iTunes music files but not audiobook files. And the Audible files manager does not recognize this product or allow transfers. All directions are in Chinese with very rough single sentence English translation describing the product, there are no step by step instructions. There is no way to contact the company directly for customer support. Can't find name of company at all, so I'm not completely sure they are even safe to use. I would definitely give this one a miss. What is most upsetting is that Amazon promotes this product, which states it supports an Amazon product (Audible) and it's false. Was difficult to return. Just a very bad experience all the way around and I do not trust Amazon anymore.

An advanced media player with some interesting features
This device fits in the palm of your hand and is about the size of 5-cigarettes pack. In the package, that is of quite a high quality as is the product itself, you'll find a USB charging cable, an in-ear earphones set (not the best there is - but you could plug whatever earphones you'd like and it even supports bluetooth devices!). The difference in quality was apparent when switching to a more robust set of earphones - and the initial feel of weak bass quickly got fixed by tweaking with the equalizer settings - to give a rich a warm bass you would not expect from that size and price of a device. The case (sides and back, f is made from durable anodized aluminum (a penny left a streak of copper on it, not scratching the surface even a tiny bit). Also at the back, a holes grill for the internal speaker output. However, the front is covered with some sort of plastic, probably acrylic of some sorts. Surprisingly, it does not readily scratch at all, but is very prone to fingerprints smudges. The Capacity of 4GB should be quite enough for casual use like jogging - and the storage could also be used for movie clips and picture files. It could also play Audible format. Connect it to a PC - and it's also a flash drive for all purposes. There is an SD card slot - so storage is not really an issue. (as far as I could tell there's no direct connect support for Mac, but it's possible to use the SD memory card port for file transfer).Nice perks are a digital FM radio, voice recorder, the ability to speed or slow the pace of playing (with no effect on pitch, albeit with serious compression-like artifacts). All and all - if you're searching for an ultra portable and quite good MP3/media player - this is a very good choice that strikes a very enticing balance between cost and quality.

Solid device, decent sound
If you are looking for a music player so you can free your phone from being drained THIS is an excellent option!Upon arrival I removed the sleek little box from the Amazon envelope and slid off the lid. inside I was pleased to find the packaging very secure and the contents all in tact. The media player comes with headphones, charging/connection cable, extra ear pieces, and the instruction manual.Headphones: cheap quality and terrible sound. I also could not get them to stay in my ears. I do, however have tiny inner ears and that is a typical issue for me. But while wearing the headphones every time the cord was touched the sound came through the headphones. Most every household owns wireless ear buds these days, so I switched to my Jaybird X3s and was happily pleased with the quality transition.Charging/Connection Cable: DO NOT THROW THIS AWAY! I at first attempted to use just any USB cord I had at my desk already connected to my laptop to add music files to the device and it would not register. I pulled this cable from the box and used it VOILA! Connected. I quickly dragged over 160 songs, it seriously took me longer to choose music than it did to transfer the files. There is a vast amount of space on this thing, load it up!Device:Touchscreen - VERY responsive. I was impressed with the ease of selections and navigating the options. Zero lag in transition of one task to another.Volume - SufficientPower off/on - press and hold, typical process.Battery life - very decent battery lifeI used this device with bluetooth ear buds and I used it with an aux cord in my GMC Terrain. It worked great. I still need to test it on a bluetooth speaker and a Korus speaker with an aux cord. I will update my review once I have done that. You will not go wrong with this device!

MP3 Player Review
I wanted to have a backup MP3 player and came across this one. Figured it had decent reviews so I gave it a spin. After using it for an entire weekend, I think it's worth it's reviews. It's slightly larger than my other MP3 player but it's something I can deal with. It came with the necessary USB charger and wired headphones but it does have a bluetooth option (I don't use Bluetooth so I cannot comment on the quality of sound from it).The MP3 started up not in English but it was easy to swap it to English (not wanting to offend so I won't guess which language it was in). I had connected the USB to charge but it was not necessary as it was already fully charged. Putting music on it is as simple as connecting to the computer, opening up the folder for the player and dragging your mp3s over to it. No need to download any app (hi iTunes). Once it went there, it was good to go.I will say that I did struggle at first as I couldn't figure out how to play the radio on my speakers. I got my MP3s to play just fine without using headphones but couldn't get the radio to play the same. It did work using the headphones so I know the radio option works. I haven't read the book (disclaimer: I left the instruction book at work over the weekend so I was winging it) to see if it's an option but since I got it for my MP3s, it didn't matter much.Overall, I'm giving it 5 stars. I would say 4.5 because I couldn't get the radio to work the way I wanted it to work but I'm rounding up instead of down. If this changes over time, I'll update my review.
