This is a very thickly padded band. Nothing wrong with that per se, except that the band is so stiff that it does conform to the shape of the wrist in a smooth arc, but rather tends to form a series of kinks. It also tends to hold the watch case out away from the wrist.In addition -- although this doesn't show up well in the photograph -- the band has a deep furrow in the area where there are holes for the tongue of the buckle. I found this to be an unattractive feature. I returned this band to Amazon for a refund.
