couldn't take this pill because of the Vitamin K as I take Coumadin ( a Blood thinner)

I've taken different vitamins to supplement my nutrition, but after taking this stuff for a little over a week, I've noticed a major difference. My energy level throughout the day has gone up dramatically. Before I needed to rest after doing an hour of some household chores but now I can keep going with my day.I like the fact that there's a 2 month supply. The other vitamins I've found on Amazon usually aren't as generous, and they cost as much or more. I like getting value for my money.

I purchased these vitamins in November and began taking one at bedtime. I did not notice any improvements over my previous multivitamin and was ready to give up. Then I looked at the bottle.These vitamins work great if you use them as directed, spacing the servings throughout the day. After three weeks of using them as directed, I noticed significant improvements in my energy levels and overall sense of good health. I feel an especially elevated energy level if I go to the gym in the late evening (when I'm usually trudging through my sets).They also taste surprisingly good--my body can definitely tell the vitamins are a positive addition to my diet.If you are taking a single multivitamin, I can't recommend these enough. Try them for a few weeks and you'll feel the difference.

This is by far one of the best multi-vitamins I have taken. Starting with the taste...it reminds me of chewable Vitamin C's as a kid...they go down easy with no gross taste. Also, I feel really healthy & clean...can't say I have ever experienced that with a multi as well. I've been taking the vitamin supplement for several months now & I'm really enjoying the effects.

I take vitamins every day. I sometimes dislike to, but when I started using this product, I rather enjoy it now. They are awesome and will continue to buy them.
