I have been taking this product, I take two before bed every night, for probably a year now. My husband and both my sons take this as well. Honestly, I fall asleep right away and I believe that it works in a lot of different ways. One thing I have noticed that others in my family have said as well as that you do get really bit of dreams so I’m guessing that’s the magnesium. I can definitely feel my muscles relax and it has improved the quality of my sleep. I would recommend taking it at least a couple of hours before bedtime.
