Nevados Men's Cumberland Lo Hiking Shoe

This is my second pair of Nevados Cumberland shoe. My first pair I bought almost 2 years ago. I wear these shoes every day and they have held up remarkably well. I've never had a shoe last as long nor stay as comfy. I ordered this replacement pair because my old pair finally wore through the bottom and anytime it was wet out my socks got soaked. Sadly local stores stopped carrying this great shoe. I ordered on amazon figuring the risk was low with their free return policy if the shoes did not fit perfectly.In short, this is a great everyday shoe that is comfortable, durable, and not expensive.

I have been wearing this shoe everyday for over a year and it is still very comfortable and in good shape. The only reason I decided to buy a new pair of shoes is they are a bit soiled as can be expected.I decided to "upgrade" to a pair of New Balance of similar style. I had a hard time fitting the New Balance. I had to go up a full size to 10 1/2 just to get them to fit. After finding my size and wearing them a few days I just found them to be uncomfortable. Nothing like the instant comfort of my normal 9 1/2 Nevados.The New Balance is a bit better looking shoe but in this style of shoe I'm looking for comfort not looks and Nevados has them beat hands down.I guess I better buy another pair while I can.Again a great shoe for the money!

I ordered a pair of these from Amazon in size 11, the same size I wear in Nunn Bush, Itasca, and Merrel. When they arrived and I tried to get my foot into them, they proved to be way too small. I figured I would need a 12. All Amazon had was an 11.5 so I thought I would give it a go. Even a half size larger didn't prove to be enough. I questioned if even 12 would have worked. A very nice looking shoe but too bad about the sizing problem. Amazon, in their typical fashion (at least for me), handled the returns and refunds promptly and with no problems. Wound up catching some Itascas and Merrels on sale at Gander Mountain at really good prices. A side note, Itascas are a "cheaply" made shoe but good enough to go out to feed the dogs in.

Fabulous shoe for the money! Comfort is top notch, and the quality is on par with some of the much more expensive shoes available out there. I have worn these shoes over 200 miles of walking since purchasing them, and they have held up very nicely so far. From hiking all over our place in the country, to abuse like shoveling gravel, these are taking everything I've thrown at them. Additionally these are actually available in wide sizes for those who absolutely can't wear normal width shoes. I have a Morton's neuroma in one foot which is very painful if the shoe is even the slightest bit too snug. I definitely will buy navados again!

I got these for my husband for Christmas. He needed something that he could wear to work out in the yard, and on walks. We're in our early thirties, so I was a bit concerned that these would look a bit old mannish but they don't. They are just nice looking shoes, I was pleasantly surprised with the seeming quality of the shoe as well. He says that they are comfortable and likes the way that they look. When he first put them on he said they were a bit tight, but after walking around in them for an hour or so they stretched out to just the right fit. I would def. recommend these for anyone who wants an outdoor type shoe that isn't a sneaker or hiking boot.

These shoes have the worst chemical smell I've ever encountered in footwear. It is so strong that you can smell them on you feet when you are just sitting there and my sense of smell isn't even very good! I kept them thinking that the smell would probably dissipate at some point but no luck. I finally gave up and washed them by hand in laundry detergent. I let them dry outside in the mild spring sun and they still shrunk up so much that I can hardly wear them now. If you like really stinky footwear then you will love these. You've been warned!

These are a very good quality of slip on shoe. You can wear them anywhere for almost any occasion. Only problem that I found is that they run a little small. I ordered my usual size for boots that I wear. However after receiving my shoes, I put them on immediately and wore them outside before realizing that they seemed about a half size small. Anyway that was my mistake and I will wear them them until I order another pair. Even though I screwed up by wearing them outside first, they are not so bad a fit that I can't get some milage on them. They are really great shoes and would reccommend them to anyone.

I ordered this style of shoes for my husband. These shoes were replacing his old style he had for many years so I was glad when he told me to order him another pair. I was even happier that I was able to find almost his exact replacement and when they arrived the style and size fit him perfect. My husband is somewhat on the tall and heavy side so these shoes offer the support and fit he needs. Navados last a long time and they are a well made shoe. Thanks to Amazon he is a happy camper and I am a happy shopper. The shoes arrived in just a few days too!
