CORE CRC6500 1 Hour Rapid Charger for the Power Cell

This charger works very fast and allows me to spend almost endless hours weed whacking. With two batteries, one on charge and one in the whacker U could wear yourself out in half the time. Better than all that, you do not need ear or hearing protection with electric trimmers. I have a substantial advantage also because I use solar power to charge all my batteries. My Solar system is over twenty years old and has paid for itself so now my electricity is free. Want a good tip? buy your own solar panels and not the stock of some solar panel manufacturer . The return on investment is as stable as the sun.

it does charge my very quickly, usually in :45, but, for reasons i can't figure out, it sometimes doesn't charge at all even though the green light comes on showing a full charge. this has happened three times. i have been extensive yard work over the three weeks since i got the charger, usually two charges per day. that's at least 15 charges so far and three times there was minimal charge. that means the machine stopped within 10 sec of starting. of course, it charges quickly, so it was a minor inconvenience, but it raises questions abt the charger.

This charger is noisier than the 3hr (cooling fan) you'll want to have this in garage. Saves time & worth the $.I wish it was standard.

The original charger never worked properly. While I was going to return it, I thought I would try the rapid charger. It does an excellent job charging the battery, and allows me to finish my work within the same day. Over the past three weeks, it has worked flawlessly. If I encounter any problems, I will revise my review. But so far, no problems!

This charger makes a difference! I can do 80%of my yard on one charge. The charger that came with it took four hours to recharge, causing me to have to do part of the lawn then come back later in the day to finish. Now I can start with the weed eater, then have another fully charged battery when I'm done.

Bought as replacement for the one that came with weed eater. Our only concern was that it wouldn't be compatible, works fine.

Excellent charge time, highly recommend. Have the standard charger and will keep it as a spare. I use my Stihl while this one charges!

Recharges the battery quickly and then turn off so it doesn't overcharge. Cooling fan runs loud, but is a good extra feature.
