I got this product primarily for calls while driving. The quality of the call is great the person on the other line hears me clearly. The only flaw is it does not alert you to incoming calls. I am not sure if I got a defective product or this is the standard. I email the seller and was told to reset the blue tooth. I did that and still does not get an alert. The voice prompt announce pairing and announce connecting when you take it out the case, but incoming calls you do not get a beep or a voice prompt. If fit great in my ears and i have small ear canals but I will be returning because it defeat the purpose of being hand free since you get no alerts.UpdateSo I tried 3 different bluetooth after this one and none of them fit in my ear properly or sound quality was as crisp as this to people on the other line..The only thing i will fix will be the alert to incoming calls..If they update it with this feature for people who used it primarily for phone call it will be 5 star product.I also like the fact that it auto turn on/off when you take it out the case and put it in the case..Another Bluetooth I tried stayed connected even though it was in the case so if you answered the physical phone you could not hear because the bluetooth was still connected in the case.

I bought this same earbud about a year ago and gave it a 5 ⭐ review because it was awesome! For some reason within that year the price went up and the quality went down. The new one I bought has maybe half the battery life that my first one did which is very disappointing. It looks exactly the same.. but it's not. Still seems like a decent price for what you get but I'll probably try something else next time.

I wanted a single earbud for listening to my text to speech accessible iPhone. It’s even better than I expected! It’s a comfortable snug fit, good sound quality and, long battery life. I could go on and on about it.

Came in on time and was easy to set up. Used it for a couple of days works well. Battery life is good as well gets me 5 to 6 hours of heavy use enough to last me through out day. Sound is clear and no problem with quality for music. I am recommending this product. Worth the money and great product integrity.

Great for people who can use only one earbud. Battery life last a long time.

Purchased July 29 and is now not working. About a month and a half and kaput. Sound goes in and out like there’s a short but no way to fix it as far as I can tell.

Lost my old one... bought another!This is a great little device. No wires!!! Now I just have to NOT lose it!!!
