Great acoustic panel for the price!
I searched high and low for affordable acoustic panels that I could easily transport from my home to work for voiceover narration for eLearning tutorials. These were a bit pricey, but still slightly cheaper than anything I could buy directly from the manufacturer.I first used them in an open den/study room with my monitor in front of me and the panels on each side of my body. I was amazed at how well this set up worked to block the white and ambient noises.PROS:They are lightweight. They are easy to set up.They have a nice carrying case. The stands can be disassembled and have designated compartments on the carrying case. The quality of your audio is noticably increased.CONS:They are way too big to bring on an airplane. If you get the stand stuck in the designated spot inside the panel, they can be difficult to retrieve without damaging the panel.

What Happened to My Stands?
I'm assuming that the stands for this product wouldn't be desktop microphone stands without any means of extending it to hold the panels, because that's exactly what I received.I bought these @ the beginning of the year, but just now getting to use it, and I'm VERY disappointed, to say the least. You would expect that a highly-rated product such as this would ensure that customers receive what they pay for.

Works as promised.
The acoustic dampeners work great! We use them for VO sessions and the difference is audible. Less reflection, better clarity in our recordings. The soft-sided travel/storage case is a nice addition too. The only minor issue I've noticed is the stand just sorta jams up into the foam with no real receptacle, so be careful not to tear the foam when inserting into the stand. May be a blessing in disguise though, as a few times I've mounted them on C-stands to get more control over placement.
