I live in a place where a lot of people walk around, so I wanted my things to be safer. I decided to buy this wonderful camera to have a little help while I am away. It works really well more than I expected. I had a little problem to install it, but Hannah, working as a customer support, helped me with everything I needed! I'm really happy!

The app for this camera linked to somebody else's clock. I can see somebody else's inside home on the app.I contacted the seller but they tried to fake it. Fortunately Amazon stepped in and helped me.

You won't be able to connect to your cam if you are at work or any other place far from your WIFI connection. Everything else works fine.

Neolavish told me it was due to a third party app that ran camera video was discontinued. New app would not work in camera that they sold me. Neolavish would not refund. Said it was not their problem.Clock has no security camera function - worthless to me now.

The very first day that I set it up it worked fine. Depending on the lighting sometimes I got purple color, but nothing that was going to be a dealbreaker. Remote viewing worked great. The second day the remote viewing stopped working and I could only see the video if I was on the same network as the camera. Defeats the purpose of getting the camera. The third day it’s stopped working completely and I could not see anything even on the same network. Customer service is nonexistent. There is no number to call, and they did not reply to my email. I would like to figure out how to solve this and get it working again. I hope customer service reaches out to me.** Update: customer service ended up reaching out (they said they had tried to contact me but my email did not work for some reason), and they seemed very nice and willing to resolve the issue. I still returned the item because it just should not stop working just days after setting it up.
