Overall, A Great Mouse
The mouse itself gets 3 stars. Ergonomics are pretty good, but I find myself sometimes accidentally tapping the thumb buttons or the adjustment buttons under the mouse wheel. The mouse wheel developed a squeak after a month or two. The LEDs are obnoxious, unless you turn them down or off. Which you can do, but that brings us to the software. You must install the Razer apps in order to configure the mouse. You must register to Razer's site and log on via the app. Sometimes, the app forgets your login for some reason (I assume after an update), and you have to log in again. But the updates are the real problem. There are many, many software updates. When there's a new update, every time you log in to your computer, even after waking it of sleep, the big neon green Razer Central screen jumps out at you to tell you that there are app updates. "Fine", you think, "I'll just disable auto updates"'. There's even an option to do so in the settings. The problem? It. Doesn't. Work. It will keep on pestering you every single time they release some update, which happens every week or two. And what's worse, every update requires a reboot. If you don't reboot? It will keep pestering you. Disable the Razer services? The big Razer logo on the mouse will glow a bright, neon green. I've seen discussions on the forums about what firewall ports to disable in order to prevent Razer's apps from phoning home, but that's really way more trouble than I'm willing to go through for a mouse.Simply the worst experience with software I can remember in a very long time. The mouse itself is okay, but just not worth the hassle. I'm looking for something better - and NOT by Razer.

The left click hair trigger died after 6 months
This was a great mouse for 6 months. The. The left click started to work sporadically and not at all with a light press( hard press continued to work) I was very disappointed with support as well who did not offer to replace the device.

its ok...
the thumb buttons are too far forward. the mouse wheel feels too loose with little to no sensational bump while scrolling. other than that its not bad.

Good FPS mouse
The materials wear really easily but it was perfect for my build and is light enough for the games I play, love the dpi buttons

Not a ripoff
This is not just a rip off of the Logitech g502 like other crybabies have stated.

Left click went out and its only been 5 months
I'm a corsair fanboy so it really sucks that this doesn't want to work anymore, had the old version for years and then upgraded to this one. Both my friend and I bought this mouse during a sale around christmass. First one came in a box that was pretty messed up, had to have them resend it. My friend's left click died a month ago and he's using his old one now. I laughed and said he had bad luck. Now my left click is only working half the time, and I'm sitting here triple clicking just to submit this review.

I don't understand the positive reviews
I purchase the Corsair M65 Pro RGB Mouse directly from Corsair a few months ago. When it came in I was excited to connect it. Immediately I hated this mouse with a passion. The 'plastic' material it is made out of constantly slipped in my fingers and hand, causing non stop mis-clicks. Also, the ergonomic design of the mouse just doesn't fit your hand well, especially up in your palm. I had to cover the mouse with 'sticky grips' all around just to properly hold the mouse. The 'forward/back/ buttons on the left side of the mouse are just horrible placement. I had to remove the functionality of these buttons in the software because my thumb constantly clicks these with me simply moving and adjusting my grip on the mouse. The "sniper" button is honestly just annoying and constantly being clicked to do nothing than hold the mouse and move it. But the biggest issue is the LEFT CLICK button within 30 days started to 'double click' on a single press. Looking around, this is a very common flaw with this model mouse from Corsair and also other models from Corsair. Clearly Corsair product quality has fallen from what you expected. The double click issue makes the mouse useless and I have ordered a (non Corsair!) replacement mouse. I'll not make the mistake again of buying a Corsair mouse and recommend you do not either.

I've had THREE replacement mice
I would love to recommend this but for the love of god I can't. I bought this as it seemed the best option for a good gaming mouse whilst also matching my white set up. I've had this mouse replaced three effing times because I keep getting the same faulty issue which Corsair have refused to fix. And that's the left click will intermittently work, extremely frustrating when you find yourself clicking to exit a window four times, or you double click and you find yourself doing it again.I've hard and soft reset the mouse, I've tried different USB ports, hell I've plugged it into three different PC's and laptops as I tried using it whilst working from home in this Covid madness. Despite suggestions to update and reinstall iCue this hasnt worked and my work computer doesnt have iCue installed on it so the presence and version of the software is irrelevant. You will find forums of people with the exact same issue with no solution, sometimes other then a replacement mouse but after 3 replacements, I dont have hope? dont bother! get yourself an IBM ball mouse, way more reliable

Another faulty piece of Junk
Had this about 2 weeks and had already noticed during gameplay that my left button would stick and constantly fire my gun playing BO4. Then I would get in a 1 on 1 situation and it wouldn't respond at all until multiple clicks. Looked online and surprise surprise there's more people with the exact same problem. I also recently had to return a faulty Corsair K65 LUX RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard within a couple weeks with a faulty space bar. AND if I wasn't stupid enough I previously purchased a Corsair Vengeance K95 keyboard that lost multiple leds on the keys that I returned and after about a month the replacement started failing again.. When I retired the perfectly functional but unlit keyboard (difficult to see keys when not lit) I counted 90 + failed LEDS. And I continued buying this junk???OH! And that's not all.. The iCue software prevented games starting and had to be removed losing all my configuration settings and I had to constantly pull out my computer to get behind and replug the USB connection back in as it wouldn't come on at boot (nothing else has this problem using same ports) I always thought Corsair were a top company but I'll never purchase another of their products again. Be warned.

Another piece of trash, a dropped click and double click nightmare!
I genuinely believed it my was PC lagging that was causing a bunch of left click issues, so I ignored the problem for a whole month before finally getting tired of it. I bought this mouse in April, it's now June, that's three damn months and the left click is faulty. It seems to have a 20% chance to register the left click, otherwise it doesn't do squat. Before this I owned a Corsair M65 Pro, it lasted a good long while but I eventually replaced it because the scroll wheel stopped functioning, it wasn't wholly ergonomic, and it was impossible to clean and maintain without slowly wearing it down due to the way it was put together.I went looking for a new mouse but due to me being lazy and also kind of being too used to the iCUE application, I decided to remain Corsair centric, saw this mouse and assumed it would have been a direct upgrade - with flaws fixed - over the M65 Pro. I mean, that's what you'd expect with Pro > Elite, right? What a waste of time and money this turned out to be. It's not ergonomic, it's ugly to look at, the "sniper button" doesn't even work with iCUE and hasn't for months, even with the M65 Pro, and now the left click is basically dying. Worthless mouse. I think I'm done with Corsair.
