So much better than latex bands
Such a step up from latex bands! I worked my way through my 5 pack of latex bands so fast and was afraid bands weren’t going to be an option for me, but I gave cloth bands a try, and am so happy I did. It really helped me step up my glute and leg game. Day one with these babies and my glutes were on fire for 2 days post workout! I love these.

Feels sturdy, doesn't slip!
Time will tell for durability, but these guys feel well built. The material feels sturdy. Doesn't slip off yoga pants which is great! The insides are lined with rubber strips to prevent slippage. I'm not that strong so I'll definitely have to work up to the smallest/great resistance band which is nice cause I'll probably be using these for a while then.

My b*tt is on fire every time I use it!
The work is felt on the b*ttocks when I use the bands, especially when I use the smaller one. It does not roll, nor is it uncomfortable, much less feel that it cuts off my circulation.

Resistance bands are great but no carry bag was sent
Resistant bands have been a great addition to my workout but no carry bag was sent as advertised.Update: advertised that free item would be send but now 6 months later, company still has not sent the product. Disappointing.
