Thought it came with meditation journal listed in photos. It did not. Was delivered to wrong house. Left under neighbors carport :/

Actual Dimension of this pillow are 15" Diameter by 4" Height. It includes a built-in Fabric carrying handle and the material feels like it has good longevity. The outer covering is zippered and can be removed for washing. One thing to consider if your backside is on the larger side, I am a 150lb 5'7 male and my caboose takes up the entire pillow, so take the time and give yourself a cheek-to-cheek measurement to ensure you'll fit comfortably.The size and packability of the beaded filler provides great lumbar stability. Whereas many Meditation pillows arrive with a noxious smell to them, this one arrived nearly scent free. Also included was a coupon from MindfulAndModern.com that allows you to buy another item at half-off, you just need to provide your Amazon PO number. Keep this in mind if you're also in the market for something like a Bamboo Bench to boost your Meditation pillow by 6-8" while providing a slight forward slope that can assist with posture improvement.All in all, a great pillow that should last a number of years if properly cared for (as with all things in life). During pandemic lockdown, working from home in a more confined than an office space, I started paying attention to how my body felt as I spent the day in front of a computer screen, which led to moving my computer to my coffee table and sitting on my rug — on a cushion. This one. I love being able to rearrange my legs throughout the day. Feels more relaxing for my hips, better for my back. I bought a second cushion for when I have friends over and they get jealous of how comfortable I look and want to try it. Not that my couch and chairs aren't comfy, but this seat is a better feel for a full day's work.

I have used a number of meditation pillows/benches over the course of my journey to a happier healthy life and this pillow from mindful and modern is by far my favorite one. I love how sturdy it is, it forms perfectly to my bodies shape. It holds steady so I am not having to readjust during my meditation sessions. I have put it to the test and I can say with 100% confidence that this pillow will work for you. I have had numerous 1hr+ sessions and it’s just perfect. No more back pain, In the past with other pillows I would have to re-situate in the middle of my meditation and you know what that does.... When I was looking for a meditation pillow I shopped around for a while. I had never used one before so I didn't understand what was so "special" about them. I used throw pillows and other pads before finally pulling the trigger on this. Now I can't imagine doing my daily meditation without it. The comfort and support you get from this pillow is absolutely amazing. I would tend to slouch while meditating. Just using this Pillow has improved my posture and comfort more than I could have ever imagined. The pillow is very well made and of quality material. It is definitely worth the price.

I am thrilled with my new zafu pillow!It is a good size, quite sturdy yet conforms to my shape, thanks to the nature of the buckwheat.I especially like that the cover is removable and washable. (In a home with pets, this is super important :)A note on buckwheat care:I have had buckwheat pillows for years now, and never had an issue with bugs. Every couple months on a sunny day, I set my buckwheat pillows outside for a few hours (about 90 minutes on each side.) This keeps them fresh, dry and clean.

I bought this meditation pillow about a month ago. I have been using it nearly everyday. In my mind when I purchased this pillow I was thinking it would be foam. When I took it out the box I felt the how heavy it was and realized it was almost more bean bag like. The fabric is very thick so I don’t worry about any tears.As for comfort...ITS GAME CHANGING. Note I’m new to meditation and I was meditating on a yoga mat which was fine I didn’t realize how uncomfortable I actually was till I got the pillow. It’s definitely helped me be more comfortable and worry less about how I’m sitting.

This is the best yoga pillow. The outside shell is removable and washable. There's a great handle for easy carrying. It's the perfect size and stiffness.

The item is not as high as listed. Item description is 16.5cm high but I measured only 9cm at most. Item is also not as filled up as shown in the pictures as you can see from my image, it's very flat. Disappointing

Love this product, I was a little worried the pillow would not elevate me enough and make the lotus position uncomfortable, instead, it's the perfect height allowing you to sit in full lotus and or a more relaxed position if desired. The pillow is firm but comfortable, so over 1 hr meditations are a breeze without discomfort.Unlike other pillows, it has a simple modern and clean design, so it blends in with my other furniture and doesn't stick out like a saw thumb.Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a pillow that looks stylish but supports you during your meditation sessions.
