Sturdy, well made shelf. Has a tempered glass backing to help balance the unit. The box came really damaged but there was enough styrofoam to help protect the shelves. I was afraid the glass would be broken but I got lucky! The tempered glass and lacquered shelves are a nice modern look. It was easy to put together without any help. The plastic washers protect the glass from scratching when attaching to the shelves. Photo directions provided were easy to follow. I used it as a nail polish and accessories tower and I love it!

This bookshelf is really beautiful in person. Material are not cheap and the shelf has a good amount of weight to it. You may need someone to help you carry this shelf in your home.Delivery: delivery was on time, I got a bit anxious because the item wasn't scanned throughout the shipping process, however it arrived early in the day and the Amazon delivery was handled with extreme care.Assembly: assembly wasn't terrible, the plastic insert between the glass and the wood was a little cumbersome but not too frustrating.The look: the tempered glass and the high gloss shelves give of a great display the shelf present itself as a high quality shelf, not flimsy or un-sturdy in any form.Overall: it is a great addition to my bedroom, I was looking for something to update my room from the sad end tables that I was using and this did the trick. Great purchase!

I waited a few months to write this review to make sure the shelving didn't fail before giving it 5 stars. It arrived promptly, undamaged and was a cinch to assemble. It is easier to assemble with two people and took roughly 25 minutes from start to finish. It is the perfect shelf for displaying my crystal collection. The glass is thick. However, please note, the glass DOES NOT cover the entire back of the shelf. It is a glass strip that runs down the center of the back of the entire unit...in case that matters to you. I would definitely recommend this shelf and may buy another as I still have more crystals that need to be displayed.

Delivery was quick. The packaging was secure and easy to remove.Assembly was relatively easy considering that I did it alone, although I recommend assistance if possible. The instructions are diagrams only; a brief description of each step would be useful.The stand is beautiful! I really love the design and dimensions. I added lighting and self adhesive cable strips to give the unit elegant asstetics.I plan on getting at least two more units from Amazon but I hear that they can be bought much cheaper elsewhere, however I've not come across other vendors.Highly recommend .

Well packaged and attractive, def beats the cheesy faux wood bookcases. Only complaint is that although the paint MOST of the underside of shelf there is one surface under the shelf that's unpainted. This is fine if you have a low bookcase or no one sits anywhere near this one, but if you can see the underside of the top shelf do yourself a favor and spray paint the entire underside of that top shelf before putting together. Seems logical but manufacturer only sprayed a portion of the underside (even see the overspray) but not the whole thing. Other than that its an elegant looking piece. The top surface of shelves are shiny btw, exactly what I was looking for.

My 86 year-old husband wanted to display his recently assembled LEGO car kits. Typed in acrylic bookshelf and found this. Exactly the right dimensions for a small space. Came within 3 days. Protective wrapping around tempered glass and shelves. High quality; looks like a piece of our contemporary furniture. Hint: start by attaching shelves to back glass panel. Holes were aligned and drilled through. Glass and shelves are heavy which contributes to sturdiness. Stands straight, no wobbling. Only frustration in assembling was trying to get Allen wrench into openings. Having an extra pair of hands is helpful. Great value for price. Perfect for showing off collections.

So I purchased this shelf in August of 2021. It always felt a little wobbly to me, but I loved the look and esthetic of it. I’ve used it to display holiday decorations, then starting last year I started putting some of my smaller plants on it.Fast forward to tonight. Around 11pm on October 23rd, 2023. I was laying on the couch with my boyfriend. The shelf is to my right, in the corner. All of a sudden I felt a gush of wind and a huge bomb like sound. I thought someone had blown up a firework and it came through the window or someone shot a gun through the window. Looked over, the whole shelf had just exploded out of no where. I didn’t keep anything heavy on it. I’ve spent the past 3 hours sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning so my child or my dog don’t end up needing a trip to the hospital. To say I’m furious is an understatement 🤬 I purchased the matching television stand & now I’m nervous as hell that it will eventually happen to that one. BEWARE!!! Do. Not. Buy. Unless you are prepared to have damage to your walls, house, and deal with exploded glass that shot the length of a big room. My pink curtains are ruined, my expensive plants have holes in them, there’s huge chunks of glass stuck in the walls and scratches all in the paint, etc. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I’ve been eyeing this beautiful piece for 3 years, and finally a couple months ago, I decided to get it. I must say, this was definitely one of my best Amazon purchases ever! This shelf is so beautiful!!! Very sturdy; looks expensive, and has some weight to it, which I really like. And it was so easy to assemble...There’s nothing else to say, just look at the pictures!
