Moved into a new home. Didn't want to put holes in my walls or woodwork to install traditional curtain rods. Used traditional tension rods for my 6' wide double windows. They worked, but sagged in the middle. Style of windows did not allow for adhesive support hooks in the middle. Rods & curtain tended to fall if anyone brushed against them. Tried this shower curtain rod and it works great! Was easy to install and no sagging. Just bought 2 more for my other bedrooms. Wish I had bought these for my showers-may replace both old shower curtain rods this these as well. They are definitely snug and look great. Highly recommend.

I like the look of this rod, very simple and looks like it will be easy to clean. My hesitation on a 5 star rating is that it was difficult to hang, difficult to get the tension right. But that could just be me. It is holding up the curtain and liner well even if I scoot everything to one side. I have yet to see how it works when the room gets steamy and the walls damp.

I am using this rod for insulated drapes installed behind my horizontal blinds. I got it to replace the low quality one I had that kept falling down and was hard to put back up. This rod was so easy to adjust to the right size and has stayed right where I put it even though I reach behind it to open and close the window. I was so happy with it I ordered a second one for another window. It’s well made and attractive. I’m happy with it.

Sturdy and strong. Look great in a bedroom for very long, medium weight curtains, 86” x 55” wide, for 8ft windows that are 36” wide. A little pricey though, and think I could have done better. The grommet curtains slide smoothly across the rod, when opening and Shutting curtains everyday.

After returning tension rods from both Target and Home Depot this one actually works! SO easy to install.

Initially it worked great. However, after a few months being in position, the tension/spring will release. This means putting the curtains back up every few months b/c the rods will fall.

There is a lot of slop when trying to adjust to fit my window and spring doesn't compress very much making it difficult to install. Ended up gouging sheetrock on install because of this. I was hoping this would be a better fit. Once I finally got into window and adjusted they seem sturdy but I only have a 36" drape on it.

The rod is short from what I expected but it’s ok to use for shorter distant walls.
