I take it for Heart Health mainly since I have been taking statin drugs to lower my cholesterol . Have e been taking q10 for several years .I believe it does what it is suppose to do

Good heart health
I take these faithfully for heart health. Studies have also shown it is good for gum health, I use to have gum disease and maybe this is what helped! The key thing to know is you must take any vitamin or supplement everyday, not hit and miss, for it to work well.
