Doesnt do what is supposed to do
The elastic band stretches too much, rending the head band useless. I know you are not supposed to hold your kids forehead too tight or they might get their neck injured in case of a hard braking or an accident, but this thing is so loose that is almost like if nothing was holding them

Don't waste your money.
Bought two for a long road trip... had two 4 year olds in the backseat, and I knew there would be some naps along the way. These things got stretched out way too quickly. Waste of money, and would not purchase again.

Amazing product, especially for travelers
Amazing product, especially for travelers. One thing we have learned via trial and error is to make sure you hook this onto your seat under the back strap to keep it in place better.

Needs to have a way to tighten the tension for different sized car seats, it seems to be a little loose as far as holding my daughters head but it's extremely soft and works better than nothing.

I have been looking for something like this & am so glad I found it. I feel so bad when my daughter falls asleep folded in half, this will be such a comfort for her on the 11 hour car ride for vacation!

Does the job!
My son always fell asleep in the car and his poor head would bob all over. This is a dream product! Yes it is pricey for what it is, but it is good quality and really works.
