I have no idea what got me looking at these things in the first place. My memory is fuzzy on that part. What I do know is that these things are freaking amazing, and in some ways, a life changer.If you weren't aware, squeezing pimples and black heads with your fingers isn't really the best method to remove them. It irritates the skin, can cause further lacerations, and sometimes it just plain hurts.Things are different with these tools. For more blackheads, you just need a little pressure and a wiggle, and the gunk comes out like a snake. I personally like the tool heads that are rounded and bent a little. I only use the flat ones for white heads. For deep pimples, I use the lance to poke a small hole, then work it with the rounded tools.I haven't had any issues with staining, and the little case they come in is great for keeping them organized. These tools have come in really handy especially when I'm due for my period, since that's when I tend to break out around my chin area.If you aren't sure how to use them, there's plenty of videos on youtube that will show you how. It's really easy, and totally worth it.

I bought this product a few weeks ago because I am sick of my disgusting blackheads that I can not seem to get rid of, no matter what I do. I used those pore strips and they got some out, but I still had those pesky dark spots. I think it's important to point out that I have sensitive skin, wear a lot of makeup, and have a skincare routine that I obviously need to mix up. For as long as I can remember I had blackheads that would never go away. When I first got this product, I had no idea how to use it. It does NOT come with instructions, rather a piece of paper that lists what each tool is used for (which is rather pointless). After watching some rather disgusting videos on YouTube of people using this product, I thought I had the hang of it. Nope. You think just applying pressure and moving the the tool would extract those blackheads. Nope. After a couple of times of using these tools incorrectly, I have finally found out how to pop out all the nastiness in your pores. What you need to do is take a nice, hot shower. Then get out a magnifying mirror so you can see really good, then grab whatever tool you want (they all do the same thing). Now you are ready to get to work. I found the best way to use these tools is to press down on your nose or wherever you're doing this, and put more pressure on the front end of the tool and move in an upward direction. That allows the gunk to squeeze out before you actually get there and it gets trapped in the tool as you move upward. What I do is the sides of my nose first. Start at the edge of your cheek and move towards the center of your nose, making sure you're exerting more pressure at the front of the tool. Then I do the center of my nose and work upwards. You'll be disgusted when you see what comes out of your pores. I was. Now it's going to take more than just one time for your pores to be clean. It has taken me multiple times using this to get my pores clean. I wouldn't use this product more than twice a week since it will dry out our face, which leads me to stress that you need to have a good moisturizer and MOISTURIZE the heck out of your face after using this. I used it 3 times in one week by mistake and it dried out my nose terribly even when I did moisturize afterwards. So don't use more than two times a week! So overall I would recommend this product, just don't expect it to clean your pores after one use, because it won't. Oh, and it will hurt your face. Just fyi.

I bought this product to remove boils and blackheads. I have had 26 active mrsa infections since 2007. I found that using hibiclense , a hot compress with a drawing salve such as prid really draw the infection to the surface, so these tools further help in eliminating the infection without the need to get lanced by the doctor or 've put on antibiotics, the tools are effective in purging the boil of its contents (pretty cool I think) and allow me to alleviate the need to go to the Dr. Every time I have a flare up. Being that I was on antibiotics every few months my immune system is so weak from these medications which in effect are bleach to the body. I'm taking a holistic approach by using available remedies such as Manuka honey and Apple cider vinegar plus immune support supplements. Since taking on my own medical care , some inflammations are tough to beat , but with the use of said products I've reduced my need for Dr. Visits and antibiotics significantly, the downside is you have to continue to drain and use these products to keep healthy. Some infections are more persistant and require Dr. Intervention but I try to use this approach to minimize antibiotic use and it works, these tools I've starting using help extract the goblins in my skin and help keep me healthy , I highly recommend this to anyone, but make sure you sterilize before using .

Cheaply made, barely works and do nothing but leave red marks.While the smaller "round" extractor works well, all the rest of the "bits" leaved much to be desired. In fact, they were so bad I ended up throwing all of the other ones away. When using the ones with the "longer" ends (the "hook" like) bits, all they did was flex, bend, and leave red streaks without getting ANYTHING out.Before throwing them away, I was surprised to see that I could snap the ends off simply by bending them back and forth a few times. This wouldn't end well if it broke while using on your face, as it created very sharp points at the "base" of the handle.Get something else if you actually want to take care of your skin.

These represent what I would describe as a "premium" set.The inclusion of the case that keeps the tools together is very nice. It's not often that we get to use this set, but the construction is a world away from tools we have tried before that have eventually come apart.We've had these some time now and can't really fault them other than some of the tools seem too similar to each other. Not sure why I need a square grip and round grip version of the same thing but, for the price, it's still a great set.If you're looking for something like this on Amazon at this price point; I'd stop looking here and just get this. Absolutely nothing else bad I can say about them.

I am very happy with this product. It is coming in a small white case so everything is protected and tidy. The product has a good quality and it is very easy to use. Also it comes with instructions and tells you each tool what is designed for. Inside there are 5 tools and all of them have 2 useful heads. Very important to disinfect the tools before and after use plus always clean your face before and after the extraction.

I have always been troubled with blackheads and use many different products to try and solve the issue. This was one of them that I am glad I tried, but caused more issues than it was worth it harming my skin with unnecessary poking and prodding. It was good value however and this is why I still give it 4 stars.

not as easy to use as I thought. Despite various you tube tutorials etc, all I seem to do is damage the skin rather than empty pores.I'm sure in the right hands with the right knowledge these would be ideal. I also have few spot occasions to really give this a rigorous test.

This is a really useful set of tools for being your own Pimple Popper. Some of the smaller ones have not been used yet and I have given it a 4 star rather than 5 because it would have been useful to have a slightly larger head. However I do like this set of tools, they are good quality and the case is a handy addition.

Quality is good, case is fab but it doesn't do what I expected it to, I cant get to to do anything except make my face sore, not managed to get one blackhead! I've used it properly as per several you tube vids and the instructions. Cheaper and less painful to use tissues and your fingers.

Bought these at 8.95 and must say they didnt really work for me as an untrained user - seemed to just make my skin more angry and the trusty old fingers got better results - gave it away to a friend eventually - would choose to buy them again or a similar product.

Excellent product with all of the tools you need for de-clogging those pores.just sterilise before every use with boiling water (leave to cool down before use though, or you may get burned!). Would recommend this to anyone with blackheads, good to use in combination with a nose-pore strip, but not on the same day as it can make the nose sore.

Bought as a present nicely presented good value for money

Since purchasing these I constantly have blemishes all over my face where I've squeezed and dug. My skin used to be fantastic. If you're into facial S&M you will love these.

I'm not overly impressed with the quality of these instruments and despite watching youtube videos , I have not been able to use them to good effect. Would not recommend.

Great product and fast delivery

Steamed my face for 10 minutes then used these, worked pretty well. I cant say I got rid of every blackhead but that's probably because I didn't steam my face enough and haven't cleaned my pores in a while. Would recommend, especially good for the price.

I have used this to get out an ingrowing hair and it worked really well. No problems so far and much better than squeezing etc.

It is pretty rubbish, possibly because I don't use it properly.
