Lock fails after. few days
I programmed three different fingerprints into this which worked for one day. The next day it would not recognize any of them. The company was quick to respond to my email and sent me a second one. I installed that, programmed three finger prints into it, which worked for a day... and then failed again! The company customer service is great, but I have had no luck with two different locks.

Will not program and keep memory
Will only program one fingerprint and only keeps it for about 45 minutes. Have to reset with white adapter. We may not be reading and understanding the manual fully. Please helpUpdate. After installing the replacement lock, we are very pleased with unit. Works every time. Updated to 5 stars. TNX

Poor recognition ability
The fingerprint sensing area is too small, and the recognition is too poor. Press it ten times to open the lock.

Work for a day then stopped working could not override could not open it had a break my drawer to take it out
