Overall happy with the tray but it has flaws. It is solidly constructed and is as depicted online, matching the room we are using it in nicely. Closer inspection shows sloppy gluing and a gap in the tray bottom. It is a fairly soft wood, prone to scratching easily. Yesterday I noticed the handle is now loose, there is the ability to tighten the handle, I hope it works....the coaster are not terribly useful, but that wasn't why I bought this tray anyway.

The design and color of this tray is really nice. The handles add a nice added rustic look. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is that the weight of the wood is pretty light. I just would have preferred a heavier and more solid wood.

It was lighter than expected and the finish not uniform but a coat of polyurethane made it look better and more durable....easy fix. Probably should have been less expensive....but I like it.

Very nice colors, real wood. Coasters are really thin an not the same quality as the tray. The tray has a weird smell to it, but it went away after about 5 days out in the open.

I was disappointed when I opened the box and saw that the manufacturer used tape to secure the free coasters to the tray. The tape took the finish right off the tray. I returned the item and purchased the bamboo tray half the price.

Would have been 5 stars if there wasn't a piece of tape on the tray that left a mark when removed.

Exactly as listed and it’s what I was looking for. Love the look and style. Iron handles look very strong and durable. I also love the finish. I was impressed by the packaging. Nicely protected in tissue and in a box. It would make a very nice gift. I recommend it.

Light weight, poor quality wood, taped together at seams in bottom of tray, when tape removed, the finish cane off.
