Very small if you need that
The product works well, and does what it is designed to do. Its small size is probably it's best selling point. However, after owning and using it for 6 months, I think I would rather opt for a maker with a water reservoir. Having to refill with water for every cup, does get tiresome. Better to have a large water capacity and then only fill when needed. Also, the maker wants to go through the heating process for every cup, even if you just finished making a cup. I found this to be a little tedious. The maker certainly does the job, and the price was right, but in the future, I would rather pay the extra and have a larger machine.

Great cup of coffee
This coffee maker works like a champ! I use it in my classroom, and I couldn’t be more pleased. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and is easy to use. I have a Keurig at home (granted it is a bigger one with a water tank), and it has nothing on this little machine. If you are looking for a small one cup coffee maker that good for office, classroom, or travel use, this is the one for you!

PERFECT SIZE AND GOOD PRICE
I'm a chef by profession . My wife is the coffee lover, i give company. We have used many different brand of coffee makers last many years. Exactly we purchased from 5 times prior to this. Few of them we return , others broke apart very fast. Our priority is good product, should not take too much space of our kitchen counter. We found this, and happy with the product . This can use Kcup and ground coffee. Perfect fresh coffee. We highly recommend this product.

Very good cofee machine.!!!!!
What a great coffee maker!Compact and perfect for my kitchen or even my office desk. It is fast and the coffee is tasty; finally a real good coffee, but I use bottled water and filtered water because the water always makes the difference in making a good coffee.I used the 2 options with K cups and ground coffee and the quality is good. The self cleaning system works great. A durable product. I am satisfied with this product. Thanks!Good company and fast delivery.

Just what I needed...
Simple to use, no coffee grinds using the steel mesh basket. With others, I had to use a paper filter. Coffee nice and hot and ready to sip. Others coffee makers made the coffee not hot enough, I had to use the microwave to make it hotter. I recommend it... Update: I still give it 5 stars but.... it takes up to 5 minutes for it to heat up. So if you're in a hurry, plan on it...

Great all around, but would be helpful if came with a pour device with specific amount of a cup of coffee rather than finding out each time the amount of water to fill; either too little or too much.

Works gresat for my needs.
The plastic is a bit more flimsy than my old Keurig, it has been working well and I use it everyday.
