Ideal deep memory boxes
I have been looking for a while for deep enough frames to display my four children’s first shoes. These are exactly what I wanted and are really well made. They arrived well packaged and in good time.

Not great but a good cheap item
This arrived quickly in a huge box, with a hole in it, covered in bubble wrap (the frame not the box) and immediately I noticed that one of the sides of the frame wasn't sitting properly. It turned out that the metal brackets holding the frame together hadn't been put into either side of the base board. With some shinning with some pliers I removed the brackets and reset them in the holes they were meant to be in - no harm no foul. Then I noticed that the film on the perspex was only on the outside and the inside was filthy. I figured it was an easy job, until I realised that the white border inside the frame does not come out. I had to do a range of awkward reaching with a tissue and tapping the perspex to remove the chips from the border. The back of the frame has a mounting point on it that was completely flich to the back board, we had to pull it out with a screwdriver to be able to use it. This frame however was exactly what I wanted size wise without a humongous cost. It's actually a deep frame and fits my wedding bouquet almost perfectly (there is some squashing involved but that is not the frames fault). If you want something cheap to hold memories instead of pictures, it does the trick. Hopefully you will have to do less work than me.

Great frame!
Really good solid frame. I bought this not long after we had to put our beloved dog,Cooper to sleep. I wanted a frame so i could make a memory frame for him and have his collar,bandana etc inside it.Ive only recently been able to get it done (i still need to get it on the wall). I should add that my background (that also came with the frame) is different to others as i covered mine in a cork fabric,as i wasnt using glue (didnt want to ruin the collar or bandana) and i stitched in the bandana and collar with fishing line. The fabric was basically there to cover any holes i made while stitching it through (didnt want it being noticable,so thought the cork fabric would be a good choice). All other items i attached with glue dots..so i can change it up if i want to add or move other items about without damage.We got a larger frame as Coopers bandana and collar were large and we also wanted to be able to put other things inside that reminded us of him.We will prob have to try and put some extra hanging things on the back as im not sure the hook thats attached will actually hold it up (its particularly heavy with all coopers things inside)But overall we were really happy with the frame. Arrived safely was well packaged, and great value for money. Would happily buy from them again!

This frame is perfect. Id been looking for one deep enough for a long time to make a keepsake out of my daughters first shoes. The frame is beautifully made. It arrived on time, and was very well packaged. Very happy customer. Will definitly order from here again.

Cheaply made but good depth
Good depth, perfect for mounting my little girl's 3D hand & foot casts.Cheaply made though & EVERY corner had a gap where the sides met and the light they lit in could clearly be seen when mounted. The metal clips in the corners were very lose (causing the gaps) & came out without any effort & so i simply glued it together tighter.I didn't bother to ask for a replacement as the frame is very heavy & probably would've cost more with P&P to return than to buy new so cannot comment on how they would have dealt with it.

Reasonably priced, well made product
Very pleased with this purchase - excellent depth to the box. I had an accident and fell on a Chrystal bell which impaled my thigh an inch deep with the handle and snapped inside me!! I got the box to mount the remains of the bell and my stitches as a visual reminder to take care when walking on pieces of paper- which were what I slipped on!!!One point to note - the inside of the box isn’t white but this is easily rectified with a squirt of spray paint.

Better late than never
Earlier today I wrote a scathing review regarding the unsatisfactory delivery of this Box frame and gave the delivery experience one star. Subsequently I have traced and retrieved the item and though no thanks to the seller or the delivery service in helping me do this, I am happy to report that I am pleased with the item itself. It is well constructed and exactly as described

Lovely frame, but outer attachment a bit wobbly
Bought for a 3D picture. The size was bigger than expected, but I didn't take into account the outer frame part. This is basically a box with a frame on the front. I found this to be a bit wobbly but used anyway. The result looks great but I won't be moving it around too much.
