Put this in my 1yr olds room next to the diaper gene and her room no longer stinks of poo. Room smells so fresh i was amazed at how well this worked. Was a little sceptical but i will be buying more for the bathrooms

Waste of money

March 10, 2016: I've been using this air purifier for some time now and have recently decided to completely stop using it. Over the past 2-3 weeks I've had a sore throat that just won't go away, and it's not a just the common cold that I hoped it would be. My throat has been irritated and I believe it's this ozone purifier that's caused it. After doing more research on the benefits and dangers of using ozone air purifiers, the negative effects greatly outweigh the good. Hopefully my throat will go back to normal soon. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this device anywhere around their living quarters.Edit: I've had this unit for almost a week and I have noticed some changes. The Ozone smell isn't as strong as it was the first two days. Now it's quite bearable. I don't know if this is from it losing power or if it's cheap and doesn't work like it should after a few uses. I use it a few times a day and it does a good job keeping the space I have it in, smelling fresh.Original Review: I'm only giving this 2 stars because it works on smells in the house. My biggest problem is the smell it produces with ozone. If you look ozone air purifiers online, you'll see people saying it's bad and others saying it's fine. So I'm just going to state my experience with this particular unit. Within seconds of turning it on, I could smell the unit and whatever it was producing. It wasn't a pleasant smell and I could tell this was going to make me feel light headed. So I tested it out on a bathroom that had a slight mildew smell from the shower and shut the door. After 30 min, I walked in and instantly got dizzy and the smell was overpowering. I later put it in my upstairs hallway where the cat liter box is and where there was more ventilation. The smell fills up the room and leaks into the connecting rooms. I wouldn't recommend leaving this on all day or while you are in the house. I'm only going to use it when I'm leaving the house for a few hours and with the windows open. It's inexpensive and works on odors, but it's unbearable to be around. For me at least and I'm in no way sensitive to smells. I'm really surprised no other buyers have posted anything on this issue.

I bought two of these devices hoping to help with kitchen odors. They worked for about two weeks then both abruptly stopped working.

worked great first couple weeks now it doesn't work on the automatic shut off setting only blinks

horrible! Don't waste money! It died within 2 months.
