Bought these for my nieces and they love it! The graphics on the outside are very pretty. The darker parts of the image make the transition less dramatic in some parts (I love my  Morphing Mugs Harry Potter (Marauder's Map) Ceramic Mug, Black  in this regard!)The only down side is that my nieces are apparently consuming more tea than they had in the past...Note: These mugs cannot be microwaved or put in the dishwasher.

Loved this product when I first received it. After the first 6 days I noticed the picture is now taking longer to appear and stays viewable for a shorter amount of time. The temperature in my house is the same it was the first week and I haven’t change my coffee in anyway. If the results were the same as the first few days I would give 5 stars. Not sure if I would recommend. The picture itself is absolutely beautiful when it is viewable.

This was an amazing gift that my sister loved, the only thing wrong is that it takes a lot of heat to get the mug to change color. After gifting it, we had to boil some water then pour it in to get it to change color. So it is amazing just wish it would change color at a smaller temp.

I love love love anything Beauty and the Beast. I was given this for my Birthday and I use it every time that I have a hot drink. My husband thinks it is funny that I don't put it in the microwave or the dishwasher but I want to keep the mug intact. I will definitely get another one of these.

I bought this mug for a Christmas gift for someone else, but I regret not getting me one too! It's absolutely stunning! I haven't tried hot liquid yet because it's a gift, but even if that doesn't work the mug is simply beautiful. It was well packaged in a box with bubble wrap. Mug was in tact when I opened the box. Would recommend!

This item never morphed for me from first use on. It’s black with a dull image whether warm or cold. I’ve only hand washed. I’d like to request a replacement as others seem to work - I’m thinking this one is defective

I purchased this for a co-worker's birthday and we were all impressed by it!! The picture that develops was absolutely beautiful -- especially for a picture on a mug!! And the hot water definitely brings it out in detail! The woman's grandkids love the "magic picture appearing" too!I'd highly recommend this mug!

The product was how I expected it to be, it's beautiful the picture best cup I've bought in a long while. The product came early which I was surprised with it being Easter weekend, I can't complain really love the product I'd buy again tha ks for the product 😊.

When i first recieved and used this product, i really liked it, but now my partner has used it twice and hand washed it the picture is peeling which i dont think is great quality, but i still like the product

Product comes in bland packing. Even with very hot liquids the picture on the cup takes an eternity to show and isn't very clear. I wish I hadn't bothered.

Lovely mug my girlfriend loved it! Have to give praise to the excellent customer service and quick response :) royal mail smashed the mug on delivery was quickly sent another and looks great! Thank you would use this company happily!
