These do the job. I have torn my hands a few times doing muscle ups and got sick of it, but I didn't want to spend a fortune on grips. These got me through Open 22.3, and I've been using them for all pullup bar moves since.They are fairly thin, so you get grip but not much padding. If you want to do the flop-over-the-bar thing instead of putting your fingers through the holes (which I'd recommend), you should probably buy one size up.Overall happy with them, and while you might get slightly better performance out of a more-expensive pair, these do the job for a good price.

These straps are great and I’d highly recommended them. I’m pretty hard on lifting straps and these are holding up really well. The strap is stitched well and the loop is very durable. A+++

Trying these out since my last pair of grips are getting old. The leather on these are a little thinner and I need to enlarge the finger holes, but they look like they will work to keep me from ripping when I do pull-ups, toes to bar, chest to bar, and bar muscle ups!! The only real issue I see so far is that the photo shows a metal ring to pull the strap through and the ones I received have a plastic ones.

This product is half the price of the other hand grips on here but does the job quite well and seems to be of high quality.Very satisfied with the purchase!!

Excellent product. Very comfortable to wear them. The grip texture adheres very well to the bar and allows you to do all movements without any problem. I haven’t injured my hands since I started using them. Highly recommended!
