Wow. I just received this yesterday (last night to be exact) and put it on right away. I felt relief in my upper back/shoulder blades immediately. I personally didn’t think it changed my appearance until I walked by my husband wearing it under my hoodie, and he told me I looked different. “Good different” he clarified.The instructions say to start wearing it for a short amount of time and work up because it can be uncomfortable. I wore it the night I received it for an hour, and the discomfort I felt was mostly under my armpits, but it wasn’t unbearable and definitely worth that for the immediate change and pain relief.Background on me: I’m 5’3”, 130lbs, medium build. I’ve had large breasts and bad posture since I was 14, which caused neck and upper back pain. I was a year-round swimmer for years, so I have broad shoulders that are still kind of awkward to me even after years of not swimming competitively. I’ve seen a chiropractor every week since high school for my neck and back pain, which helped but never fully alleviated the discomfort for long enough to skip a week.UPDATE! 1/3/21I had been wearing this brace almost every day since I received it, but now I am able to use it less and for less time. It’s more like a refresher when I feel like I need it.The first couple weeks after I received it, mychiropractor told me my neck wasn’t in dire need of an adjustment (as it has been, every week, for years). He actually asked me the same of the brace because of the difference it made in my posture and neck. My entire family couldn’t believe the difference (even my sisters across the country ON FACETIME)! They all asked for this for Christmas. So now my whole family has one!This product really worked (and is continuing to work) for me and now, my family. It can be uncomfortable (still is rough on my armpits), but after suffering so many years of excruciating neck pain and migraines, it’s worth it. I am amazed that after a couple decades of bad posture, this brace was able to help me so much in less than a month!

This is one of the better quality braces I’ve found but I find it to be a little to wide for my shoulders (size 4/6 in women’s) but still usable. Just wish it had a little more pull on my shoulders. I think for a man or anyone with shoulders that aren’t narrow this would be great.

Getting those straps perfectly balanced on each side took a couple of tries. If you tighten one side more than the other, you’ll feel a slight pull. Thankfully, after a day or two of small tweaks, I was able to zip through adjustments in seconds.In short, the ComfyBrace isn’t magic, but it’s earned its place in my routine. It’s comfortable, subtly firm, and truly helps me remember to keep my posture in check—all for four stars. If you’re hunting for a posture buddy that feels like a gentle coach rather than a rigid drill sergeant, give this one a shot!

Definitely works , I felt the difference within an hour of having it on! But after the first day , it became extremely uncomfortable under the armpits . It chafed and scratched and was hard to wear for more than a few minutes.I started wearing it over my clothes when I’m at home. I’d prefer to wear it more thru the day but unless I’m in a long sleeve or over my sweatshirt , it’s unbearable :(

Not as sturdy as I was hoping for. I have it adjusted to fit and it don't feel the support my older corrector gave. The velcro is only on a small portion of the adjusting strap so the strap rolls and then digs into my shoulder/armpit where there is no velcro to secure it to the other strap. I have had it on for a few a little while and I am constantly trying to fix and unroll the piece that keeps rolling and gouging into my armpit. I don't find it comfortable and, yes, i know you have to get use to the corrector. The digging and pinching into my armpits and the constant issues with trying to get the strap to stay where it needs to be makes this a big NO for me. Only plus is this one seems like it would wash better.

As someone who has suffered from chronic pain in the neck and shoulders area for many many years, I can attest that this brace is a life changer! I’ve been wearing it for the last 2 to 3 weeks and it’s teaching me how I should carry myself. It especially helps in times where I’m working or tired especially those times when posture is difficult. I’ve realized that I hunched over, especially when I’m trying to work fast and that creates chronic pain. I now wear two shirts so that I can wear the brace over one and cover it up with a new T-shirt. I do sweat more with the brace which is not great, but I’m happy to pay that price!

I drive a semi truck and messed up my shoulder, due to a combination of the steering wheel being off center and not lying down properly- falling asleep watching TV in the truck.Wearing this for a few hours a day gets my neck and back muscle back to normal.

Extremely uncomfortable strap that digs into my armpits. Tried wearing it just to walk my dog around the block and felt like I was about to have chaff burns by the time I got back to my house. The material used cause so much friction. Couldn't imagine trying to wear this thing for longer than ten minutes at time, even less so wearing it all day.
