Core CGT400 CFC6500 Power Cell Trimmer

works fine, but does not hold a charge nearly as long as advertised. but numerous reviews had already said the same thing, so i was not surprised. it takes abt an hour to charge, but even on the lower speed never holds the charge more than 40-min. on higher speed it is effective cutting high grass and weeds but doesn't last as long. the unti is a bit heavy, so the lower charge time actually helps me from overworking. i'm 74.

Needed 2nd battery as they last about 30 min on heavy grass. Company has gone out of business we were told locally so could only get battery on line.

The battery just doesn't last. At least it fills in when the original battery dies. Didn't feel like I got my money's worth.

Easy to switch pwr packs. Be sure two get two, and a quick charger, if you want to work non-stop for over an hr.

Love the trimmer ... just wish it wasn't quite so heavy and that I got more than 30-35 minutes out of the battery.

A little disappointed with the life of the battery. Fully charged, I only got around 40 minutes of run time.

The battery is working very well with our Core weedeater. We bought this one as a back up because we have a very large yard and fish pond and we are very pleased that we can finish without waiting for the one battery to charge. Great!

Really needed.
