I am a competitive triathlete, and a Family Physician with over 20 years of practice experience. I have had an ACL reconstruction and 3 meniscus surgeries on my left knee. Early this Spring, following a surgery, I began to experience persistent, mild swelling in my knee that limited by ability to run, cycle, and swim. I ordered this knee support, and it has been absolutely amazing! It stays in place extremely well during exercise, including swimming! It is also very thin, so I am able to wear it under clothing, including jeans. For additional compression, I will sometimes wear two sleeves of the same size, one on top of the other. This has worked SUPER well too. I have zero swelling now, I wear at least one brace all the time, including to bed. By far the most supportive, and yet least restrictive, brace I have ever seen or used. I am now back to my regular training, ALL thanks to this support sleeve. Fits perfect, extremely low priced for the high quality, super durable, does not "stretch out". I recently purchased 5 more pair to last me "forever".

FINALLY I found the perfect knee sleeves. I have tried about every single one that amazon sells and non had support or too tight on the thighs and no support at all on the knees or they kept sliding. I had acl reconstruction and meniscus repair 6 months ago and still need support as soon as I put these on they felt amazing. I’m so happy I decided to try them. Just what I was looking for. I didn’t think they would be so good because the price was too good for a pair but I love them.They are thin, pretty and feel great

I bought these to replace ProJoint compression sleeves which are no longer available. I measured a circumference of 16 inches and bought the medium accordingly. These sleeves provide adequate compression (but I have just started wearing them). I wear them all day under my jeans and they roll up sometimes. These sleeves need to be readjusted during the course of the day as they slip down a bit. Adequate but I will continue the search for a good replacement for the ProJoint sleeves.

I bought these to wear while working but unfortunately that isn't going to happen. They are very thick & difficult to bend the knees in, making them uncomfortable to walk in. They also get very itchy & so hot that I sweat terribly. If you're looking for a thick knee support for around the house these may be ok. If you're looking for longer wear, find something else.

These compression sleeves are comfortable until the tops start to roll down. Granted, the rolling is related to the shape of the wearer's legs.Rolling aside, the sleeves are comfortable enough although I wish the center section of the sleeves provided more compression. Measured 5" above the center of my kneecap, my leg is 17" around. The Top and bottom of the Medium-size sleeve fits my legs comfortably. What I need is firmer compression in the midpart of the sleeve.

The length was better - my wife has big thighs and the old one slip too much. Also, the different weave around the knee was much better. It is also easier to position than the other type of brace; and it stays in position better. However, the material seems to be stretching out right around the knee - it now has noticeable wrinkles. And the top still rolls down because of the size of her thighs. This may be unavoidable, and the bottom line is that we have the first version of the Neoalloy, and one of the kinda Y shaped braces you velcro on, and this is the one she wears.

I have knees that eventually will need replacement, but in the meantime these knee sleeves provide support so I can continue to function with day to day routines. The sleeves lessen the aches and pain of the arthritis.

I ordered the black ones with the greenish stripes (not orange stripes). In general I like this brand but after several washings they do slip down below the knee when I'm hiking, which is really annoying -- and I do need the support on the knees!
