I don't know what "sheerness" so I'm rating it a 4/5 for that. You're never quite sure what you're going to get buying off-brand. These were surprisingly very good. They fit perfectly, the ink flows smoothly and doesn't smear or smudge (which can be more of a problem if you're left-handed). They've got a little heft to them so the pen isn't too light and so far I haven't had an issue with them drying out. I didn't really need this many refills at one time, so whatever I have left is just sitting in my desk. They seem like they'll keep for a while.The writing is clear and easy to read, not too light or spotty. It's not bleeding through the paper and as far as value for money, these were a great deal. Usually an individual refill will run me $3-4 each, so for the price of about 3 I got a bunch of extras.

This is my second order of these refills as I wanted to get more prior to any price increase.Pros: Price these refills are less than a dollar a piece and I call that a big win for anything of this quality. On normal paper I have found these perfect for my style of writing. Also seeing as these are 1mm wide width you can actually vary the width of the line with tip pressure which is something I find very handy while writing my daily morning pages. Fit my pen with no problem. Note though as these come with springs attached (a nice Plus) be sure to remove the spring from the refill should their be a spring in your pen that you want to use for the refill that or remove any spring in pen prior to inserting. I was so excited by getting my second batch I had to test one right away and ended up with two springs in my pen so it would not work until I removed one. As pen springs can get lost easily it is great that these do come with springs attached. Oh lastly I like the packaging as it does not have every pen on a separate card, but all in a nice case about the size of a CD single case.Cons: None that I can think of at the moment.Yes I'd buy these again and recommend them to friends.

I just got the item recently, so I really can't say anything about the longevity or value of the pen refills. I had asked a question a little while back about whether this refill would fit my Sheaffer twist pen, replacing the K-style refill. Another question had been asked by someone else concerning the same brand of pen, and the same kind of refill. My question never did get answered, but I went ahead and ordered this 15-count refill set anyway. The other questioner was told the refill would fit the other pen, so I took a chance. It turns out that the Nekigoen refills aren't meant for the Sheaffer twist pens. But on a positive note, I happened to have three other pens that these refills fit perfectly. Two are Adler brand promo pens from an insurance company, the third I dont know. So it turns out that it was a good purchase after all; I really liked those particular pens, and was disappointed when they ran out of ink. So all in all, so far, the refills work for my other pens. Smooth writing, no globs of ink left behind when I write. They work for me. I like them.

I purchased these ink pen refills and I am so happy with them. I have a very nice, heavy weight pen that ran out of ink and these replacements are just great - especially for the price!!!! They write wonderfully!! - Nice & smooth!I highly recommend these in pens refills - I purchased the black & blue ink combo so I can switch it up when I want to.Very happy with product.

These arrived in a nice little holder, with springs as described which is nice given how those little stinkers love flying around. So far, the refills seem quality and the first one is writing great. Nice flow, no blobs or skips. If they're all like this, it's a complete winner for sure. We'll see!

Throw-away pens are so plentiful, but I had some older favorite "heavy" pens that I was able to put back in service with these replacements. The dimensions given are accurate so you can determine if it is a replacement for your needs (fairly common for many "better" pens).

These are the best Parker refills I've found. They last quite a while (I write a TON with them every day!) and write very smoothly. The only thing I don't like is their upscale packaging--they're packaged so carefully, they're hard to get out!

They've revived my favorite (freebie) pens. All 9 that I've installed write very nicely. A nice touch is that the spring is attached to the refill, so it does not fall off if you tip it the wrong way, but it can still be pulled off easily if you need to. We'll see how long they last, but initial quality is excellent.

Not compatible with my ballpoint Swiss pen. Sticker on box said Made in China, while the back said Swiss and German made. Disappointed for the price.
