Natural and smells great!
Iāve been using this product for a very long time and thought I should write a review now! I found this product with my first cat, Tina, who passed in 2015. She only used it for probably about only a year or two before she passed at the age of 19. She didnāt have a problem with me switching out either, she just went with the flow and used it. (Maybe because she was just too old to care? Lol) so when I adopted another kitten three years later I knew which product I wanted to buy again! I donāt know why others say itās poor clumping, I donāt have a problem at all with it, and this litter bag, with regular cleaning lasts about a month or little other a month depending. My little kitty loves it and has no problem at all especially when I adopted her, I donāt know what other litter she was using, but had no troubles changing over. Guess since she was only 9 weeks old at the time, but still!I really enjoy the pleasant smell of this littler, there is this other littler that is similar to this product, I forget which company makes that one, but I canāt stand the smell of that one and when I was buying this littler in store sometimes they wouldnāt have it and Iād be force to buy the other littler... ugh....But super happy I found it on amazon last year and ever since Iāve been buying it on here since target is spotty with carrying this litter in stock.100% Satisfied I hope they never discontinue this litter because itās the best ever!

I like this, hope my cats feel the same - Update - they don't
04/16/19 Update - Update to my previous review. After using this for about a month, I have had to switch back to clay litter. While I liked the option as a more environmentally friendly option and the odor control worked well, one of my cats did not like this to the point they started urinating on my area and bathroom rugs. This is also extremely messy. No matter what type of litter mat I put down I would find bits that had been tracked throughout the house, so it just created more work. This may work well for some people, but apparently some stubborn cats do not like it.I switched to this from Scoop Away clumping litter simply because I have 5 cats and wanted a litter that was better for the environment since I go through so much. Warning, this is dusty and it is messy. This tracks pretty bad, but I have a large mat and hard-surface flooring, so it just requires me to sweep their area a couple times a day. Although you may end up with stray bits through your house. I still like this though, because the scent is pleasant and like I said I think it is better for my cats and the environment. However, one of my cats has started pooping outside the litter box, so I hope they get over that real quick. I did do the 50/50 thing when switching, so I may have to switch back sadly if the cats get stubborn. Another plus is how light it is compared to clay litter.

Difficult to scoop -- doesn't exactly clump, but it works great to prevent urine odor.
I have a 3 cat household with two litter boxes. One box is a litter robot with fresh step clumping litter. It works great, but at $499 per box, I can only afford one. My second box is a very deep box as I have a cat with kidney issues that result in very large quantities of urine. This is the box that I use this litter in, and it has made a huge difference in cat odor in the house. I scoop every one - two days depending on how much the box is used. The urine only semi-clumps, so I line the box with a construction trash bag (thick black bag). This way I can tilt the box and the flex of the bag releases the clump from the side and bottom of the box. Each week I remove bag and dispose of it, and then insert a new bag with this litter. Because of my kitty's profuse amount of urination, I use 1/2 bag of litter for each fill to have adequate depth to absorb the urine. This is not a flaw with this litter, because I had to do the same with traditional clumping litter to absorb the large volume of urine without her getting her feet wet. This litter is easy to sweep up to keep the tile floor tidy as well. Highly recommended.

Not recommended for Litter Robot or smell-sensitive households
About my cats: 1 spayed female (10yo), 2 neutered males (8yo and 10yo). They are all agreeable about changes to food, litter, environment, etc. The boys generally get congested every summer (they always go to the vet for this), and one has a wheat allergy so we are not able to use litter with wheat. We have tried pretty much every type of natural litter out there that doesn't have wheat. We bought a Litter Robot 3 (LR3) and had to switch from World's Best Cat Litter (the red one) because it was too dusty and aggravated the respiratory issues for the boys. So we are currently looking for a new litter.Pros+ lightweight+ inexpensiveCons- super dusty- doesn't clump wellMy 8yo cat hated this litter and would not let us sleep. He walked up to the LR3, poked his head in, then started meowing and wouldn't stop. As I mentioned, he is normally agreeable with changes in litter, so this isn't one of those cases where you just have to give him time. I don't like the scent either, so I don't blame him at all for protesting. This is the first time we've tried a scented litter, mostly because I did not notice that it was scented when I bought it, but I thought I'd give a try anyway. It also doesn't clump that well and it stuck to the bottom of the LR3. In fact, when I tried to clean it out to change back to unscented litter, I had to scrape clumps off the bottom and this litter left a weird gummy residue even though I vacuumed it first. I had to scrub it for almost an hour to get it to feel semi-normal.Other than my boy cat won't use it, the main reason we're not giving it more time is because it is super dusty and I don't want anyone getting respiratory issues. I've attached a picture of my black cat covered in dust from this litter.

Stinks and my cats HATE IT
It does neutralise odour but my god when you clean it up, the mixture of cat urine and faeces with this litter is foul.My cats also hate this litter. They hold in their urine and one of them peed on my bed. This is a sign to go back to catsan.
