Love this stuff - I am on my second bottle of the vitamin. I have experienced positive results with my memory and clarity in thinking. Definitely would recommend this to anyone who feels they need some help with memory.

The pills are not stuck like another brand that I had bought and no fish burp. The pill is also easy to swallow. I don't know if it affects my triglycerides results yet because it's too early. I have only taken it for 5 days.

*** INITIAL REVIEW ***It's supposed to be a good quality oil, certified by an independent lab. The pill looks large, but it's easy for me to swallow. Great dosage, so you only need one pill a day, and the absence of enteric coating means that it "might" be absorbed more easily. The flipside of the thinner coating is the smell and taste. I love sardines, anchovies, herring etc., but this is like a drop of cod liver oil. It makes me cringe a bit, even though I take it with Spicy V8 plus garlic and cider vinegar. It also gives me annoying fishy burps sometimes, especially when I'm exercising or walking in the following hours. I'll keep taking it though.*** UPDATE ***I took one capsule a day for 40 days. Prior to using this brand, I had hives 1-3 times a year, seemingly random or stress-induced, nothing to worry about. I had been taking a different brand of fish oil, enteric-coated, 1200mg a day, for over two years. After switching to this product, it started happening more and more. Once or twice a week for the first couple of weeks, then four to six times a week. A sudden sunburn-like sensation with a patchy rash-like flush on my face, shoulders, sometimes arms, within 30 minutes of taking my supplements. I thought it might be my magnesium supplement at first, since I also switched brands for that, and I had hives after taking magnesium at night once. But stopping the magnesium did not help. The hives stopped after I stopped this fish oil, a week ago.One last thing that gives me pause: the coating on the pills. It's a bit sticky, and some of it melted inside my daily supplement boxes, leaving everything smelling like fish oil. I was not able to clean them. Washed them a few times, left overnight to soak in soapy water, then soaked with bleach for 30 minutes. The smell was still there, but also the goopy mess could not be scraped off. It seemed similar to some of the worst adhesive glue you'd find on plastic bottles, so then I put Goo-be-gone on it for 30 minutes. Still could not scrub it off. It hardened a bit, and in places it burned down into the plastic bottom of the pill cases. I ended up throwing them away. This is no ordinary gelatin coating! It makes me wonder what's left behind in my gut...

loving these fish oil pills! I'm very athletic and I've noticed far less joint pain. I'm also very happy to report that my skin is more supple and well hydrated. My husband (who is always a skeptic) is also very satisfied with these pills. His joint pain and muscle aches have lessened too. No fishy breath, no aftertaste. We're happy customers! Thank you!

This product has the highest dose of omega 3s than any other brand I have come across. It has no fishy flavor. They says it's lemon flavored, but honestly I can't even taste that. Still new to this product, but I'm sure the long term results will be just as good.

Not my fave. Was trying to save some money but will go back to previous brand.
