Tiger paw wrist supports
Hi, I bought these for my daughter who is 12 years old & has been doing gymnastics since she was 4. She just quit gymnastics in April of this year and started doing cheer leading at a private school. Her wrist were hurting and sore and one of her team mates mentioned these so I googled the product. There are websites that will show you the product, how they are worn and what size best suits you. She has been using them for about a month now and told me they helped tremendously. She feels they have even made her wrists stronger which shes noticed in her warm-up drills before putting them on for her tumbling work out.

Problem solved
My daughter is a power tumbler and these were great for her weak wrists. At first we thought they were too stiff to tumble with but after we took out both pads inside, they were perfect.
